What is Sense Discover

Sense Discover is a product that connects qualified candidates with open roles through AI-powered Search and Match.

Sense Discover parses job descriptions from your ATS and builds a machine-learning-based index that can be used to find deeper matches for given search criteria.

Integration of Sense Discover

Currently, Sense Discover is integrated with two Sense products.

[1]  Sense Engage

Filters and matches jobs based on “Job Title & Location” and sends out notifications of the top 5 matches to the candidates. Notifications are sent using two modes:

• SMS Messaging
• Email

[2]  Sense Chatbot

Filters and matches jobs based on “Job Title, City, State, Keywords” and displays up to 10 matches to the candidates. Notifications are displayed to the candidates via webchat and SMS chat.
