Answer:
- People Engaged: Displays the number of candidates who received at least one chatbot message.
- Completed %: A conversation is considered completed when the candidate reaches the last node of the conversation. This displays the % of conversations completed.

[2] What is the candidate's experience when the journey is deactivated after the chatbot flow is sent to the candidates?
Answer: Candidates will not be able to continue the conversation after 48 hours of deactivation.
[3] My conversation is not moving forward after the Yes" or "No" and is falling back to the error message of the yes, no node.
Answer: - This can be because the question node is created with the response type "SINGLE SELECT". Make sure it is created as a "YES / NO" question type.
[4] What are the different types of sense AI chatbots?
Answer: Sense provides three types of chatbot, “Data Enrichment Chatbot”, “Pre-screening Chatbot”, and “Sourcing Chatbot.”
[5] Can I disable the automatic feedback node on the already built flow?
Answer: No, if the bot is built, then you would have to copy it and remove those nodes. You can only disable the feedback node when creating a flow.
[6] Can I enable/disable the feedback node on a new flow?
Answer: Yes, you can now enable/disable feedback while creating a flow.
[7] Can I customize the feedback node?
Answer: Yes, you can customize the text of the feedback node using the EDIT button. Click on the three dots menu on the feedback node as shown below and click EDIT to edit the content or enable/disable the node.
[8] Is there a time frame or a life to the chatbot link once it hits the recipient’s email/phone? What’s the validity if any?
Answer: Yes, 48 Hours.
[9] If a candidate starts the chatbot and stops in midway, and gets back to it after a while, then does the chatbot timeout?
Answer: Web chatbots will time out if the session is timed out, but SMS chatbots do not time out.
[10] Can the candidate pick up the conversation from where they left off?
Answer: In the case of a website chatbot, candidates have to start over the conversation. In the case of an SMS chatbot, the candidate can simply continue the conversation.
