Sense TRM allows you to have job templates ready before creating a new job. For creating job templates on Sense TRM, follow the below steps:
[1] Navigate to the Settings > Job Setup > Job Templates.
[2] Click on +Create.
[3] Add a name for the job template.
[4] Click on Continue.
[5] Choose how you want to create the new job template from the three options on the following page.
[A] From Template:
- On the following page, choose a department and location.
- You will get the list of all the related jobs.
- Choose a job and click on Continue.
- You can choose the information that should be copied to the new template. And click Continue.
- All the selected information from the chosen job will be copied for the template.
- Click on Create and Continue after reviewing them.
- You can set up the scorecard on the following page for the job.
- Apart from the copied details, you can import sections or add new sections by clicking on the respective buttons.
- Add sample questions (if required).
- Click Continue, and you will find the created template on the following screen.

Switch between About and Scorecard to view the respective details.
[B] From an existing job:
- On the following page, choose a department and location.
- You will get the list of all related jobs.
- Choose a job and click on Continue.
- You can choose the information that should be copied to the new template. And click on Continue.
- All the selected information from the chosen job will be copied for the template.
- Click on Create and Continue after reviewing them.
- You can set up the scorecard on the following page for the job.
- Apart from the copied details, you can also import sections or add new sections by clicking on the respective buttons.
- Add sample questions (if required).
- Click on Continue, and you will find the created template on the following screen.

Switch between About and Scorecard to view the respective details.
[C] Start from Scratch:
- On the following page, add the job details.
- Click on Create and Continue.
- You can further set up a scorecard for the job by clicking on +Create or Importing a group of sectionsor adding a section.
- Add sample questions (if required).
- Click on Continue, and you will find the created template on the following screen.
- Switch between About and Scorecard to view the respective details.
Upon creating the template, it will be available to use from Settings > Job Setup > Job Templates.The same will be available to choose from while creating a new job.
