Upon creating the internal forms, you can map them to your global or job-level hiring plan.

★ Adding Internal Forms to a Global Hiring Plan
[1] Navigate to the Global Hiring Plan from Settings > Job Setup > Hiring Plan.
[2] Select any of the hiring plans and from its details page, click on + Round to add a new round.
[3] Choose the round type as Internal Forms in the following pop-up and create the round by adding a name. Click on Create upon completing the process.
[4] You can also copy the round configuration from an existing job. Click on the drop-down provided for Copy from the existing job.
[5] Click on Create to complete the process.
[6] From the stages, click on Configure provided against the internal form round.
[7] In the following screen, you can add users who can access the form. You can choose from the drop-down menu. The list will have only the users added to Sense TRM.
[8] Also, toggle the button ON to enable automated alerts to employees regarding completing the internal form round.
[9] You can also select a configured form and map to the hiring plan from the drop-down list.
[10] Click on Save to create internal forms and map to the hiring plan.
[11] The Email Template allows configuring the email content that will be sent upon form submission.
[12] You can enter the email subject and body.
Note: The placeholder {{form_link}} will be added to the email body by default. It is essential to generate the form link on the email triggered to the selected users.
[13] Click on Save Changes upon completing the email content.
[14] The Notification tab allows adding users who should be notified upon the form submission.
[15] Click on Add upon selecting the list of recipients.
You have successfully configured internal forms to the global hiring plan.
★ Adding Internal Forms to a Job Hiring Plan
For adding internal forms to the job hiring plan, follow these steps:
[1] From the respective job’s about page, navigate to the hiring plan.
[2] Click on + Round to add a new round.
[3] Choose the round type as Internal Forms in the following pop-up and create the round by adding a name.
[4] You can also copy the round configuration from an existing job. Click on the drop-down provided for Copy from existing job.
[5] Click on Create to complete the process.
[6] From the stages, click on Configure provided against the internal form round.
[7] In the following screen, you can add users who can access the form. Only the users who are added to Sense TRM will be listed on the drop-down for the internal form.
[8] Also, toggle the button ON for opting for sending an alert to employees regarding the internal form upon completion of the round.
[9] You can also select a configured form and map to the hiring plan from the drop-down list.
[10] Click Save to complete creating internal forms and map to the hiring plan.
[11] The Email Template allows configuring the email content configured which will be triggered for submitting the form.
[12] You can enter the email subject and body.
