Sense Calendars is a fully integrated, standalone calendaring system designed to simplify and centralize scheduling workflows across your organization. Unlike previous setups that required integration with Google Calendar or Office 365, Sense Calendars provides a complete in-platform solution.
You can schedule, manage, and update events directly within Sense, without external dependencies or permissions.

Configure Sense Calendars
Admin
Admins can activate Sense Calendars across the organization by following these steps:
- Log in to the Sense admin dashboard and navigate to Calendar Sync (if you have a service account) or Scheduling Settings if you are an individual user.
- Click on the Connect button.
- Select Sense Calendars.
- Define user permissions, configure access, and ensure security compliance.
- Test by creating a sample calendar and assigning access to recruiters.
You can switch to Sense Calendars without friction. Select the user, and from the Change Calendar to option, select the calendar you want to switch to.
Note:
- If you're newly switching from an existing calendar to Sense Calendars, scheduling will create new templates and events for you, and the older ones will not be on Sense Calendars.
- Admins can migrate multiple users at once via Calendar Sync.
- Individual users can switch via Scheduling Settings.
Recruiters
Recruiters can perform all scheduling activities using the built-in Sense Calendars system.
Creating Scheduling Links
Recruiters can allow candidates to self-schedule by generating and sharing booking links.
- Log in to Sense Scheduling.
- Create a booking template (set availability, meeting length, and preferences).
- Generate and share the link via chatbot, email, or message.
Candidates select available time slots, and the system updates calendars and sends confirmations automatically.
Scheduling Interviews
You can Schedule Interviews by following these steps:
- Create a new event (e.g., "Final Interview").
- Set time, location (or video link), and participants.
- Send calendar invites directly from Sense.
Events are scheduled without conflicts, and all parties receive invites in their local time zones.
Supported Use Cases
- Admins: Configure and provision calendars organization-wide.
- Recruiters: Create booking templates, manage candidate interviews, and set up recurring meetings.
- Candidates: Self-schedule interviews via shared links, view recruiter availability in their time zone, and receive automated notifications.
