The Events tab allows individual scheduling users to see a comprehensive list of events booked on their calendar through the Sense platform, aiding in organization.
- Viewing Events: Provides an overall view of upcoming and past meetings scheduled using the scheduler.
- Quick Scheduler: Recruiters can quickly schedule meetings using the "Schedule Now" button from this screen without needing a pre-attached template. This feature is accessible in the Sense Platform and the Chrome Extension Microapp.
- Search and Filter Options: Users can search for specific events or filter by upcoming/past events and meeting type (e.g., 1:1 Individual, Round Robin, Multi-Event, Panel, Trainings).
- Viewing Event Details: Selecting "View Details" brings up a sidebar with information such as time, location, host, and attendees.
- Editing Templates: Users with appropriate permissions can edit the template used to schedule a meeting by selecting "edit template".
- Reschedule or Cancel Events: Events can be rescheduled or canceled directly from this screen, requiring a reason to be submitted, which will be sent to attendees if the cancellation reason variable is configured in notifications.
