The Dashboard in Sense Scheduler provides managers with real-time insights and direct control over their team's scheduling.
- Team Performance Analytics: Managers can track key metrics such as meetings booked, conducted, canceled, and hours scheduled versus available.
- Weekly Calendar View: Allows managers to quickly see their team's weekly schedules at a glance.
- Meeting Reassignment: Managers can quickly reassign meetings due to absences or team changes.
- Process for Reassigning a Meeting:
- Click Update Schedule and select Assign Meetings to Others.
- Process for Reassigning a Meeting:
- Select a date range and click Show Meetings.
- For each fetched meeting, use the dropdown to select the user to whom the meeting should be reassigned.
- Click Assign Meeting and add a reason for the reassignment.
- Reschedule & Cancel on Behalf of Others: Empowers managers to directly manage scheduling disruptions for their team members.
- Process for Rescheduling and Canceling Meetings:
- Click Update Schedule and select Reschedule/Cancel Meetings.
- Select a date range and click Show meetings.
- Select the desired meetings from the list and click Request reschedule or Cancel.
- Enter a reason for cancellation or rescheduling and click the respective button.

Permissions Required: To access the dashboard, a user needs the "manage user dashboard" permission. Additionally, security groups must be structured so that the manager is in a parent group and the team members they wish to view are in a child group. Managers in one parent group cannot see teammates or managers in other parent/child groups.
