Feedback plays a crucial role in recruitment decision-making. When interviewers are equipped with well-prepared, structured questions, they can provide consistent, actionable evaluations that save recruiters significant time and effort.

Types of Feedback Questions
In Sense CRM, you can create feedback questions using six different formats to suit various evaluation needs:
- Single-line Text: Short answer format (up to 250 characters)
- Paragraph: Longer descriptive answers (up to 2000 characters)
- Single Select: Choose one option from predefined choices
- Attachment: Upload a file as part of the response
- Rating Scale: Numerical or star-based rating
- Parameters Rating Scale: Multi-dimensional evaluation (e.g., skills, communication, etc.)
Creating and Managing Questionnaires
You can organize questions into groups, typically based on interview rounds or stages, and reuse them across different jobs.
Create a Feedback Group
- Navigate to Configuration > CRM Settings > Job Setup > Feedback Library.
- Click + Create Group.
- Enter a name for the group and a description that reflects its purpose (e.g., Technical Round, HR Interview).
- Click Save.
These groups help structure your feedback process and can later be attached to specific stages in a job’s hiring plan.
Add Sections and Questions
- Select the group from the list where you want to add a questionnaire.
- Click Create a Section.
- Enter a Section Title and Description to define the focus area (e.g., Problem Solving, Culture Fit).
- Add questions by selecting the question type from the dropdown and entering the question text.
- To mark a question as mandatory, check the Mark as required box.
- To review the final questionnaire, click Preview Questionnaire.
Managing Questions
- To copy a question: Click the Copy icon next to a question to duplicate it.
- To delete a question: Click the Trash icon next to the copy icon.
- To add a new question: Click Add another question and follow the same steps.
- To delete a question: Click the Delete icon next to the respective question.
- To reorder: Use drag-and-drop to rearrange questions as needed. Once your section is ready, click Save.
Important Notes
Once generated, a feedback link does not expire, even if the candidate is moved to the next stage or round, unless it's manually closed or submitted.
