The core function enables you to add the candidates to your CRM or refer them to an assigned job.

Additionally, you can follow these steps to successfully install the extension from the Chrome Web Store:
- Navigate to the Chrome Web Store and search for the CRM Hire extension, or directly access its URL.

Click the 'Add to Chrome' button, located in the upper right-hand corner of the extension's page.
- A confirmation dialog will appear, listing the permissions the extension requires. A dialog box titled "Add 'CRM Hire'?" will pop up.

Click 'Add extension' to proceed with the installation.

A small notification stating "CRM Hire has been added to Chrome" will appear near the address bar.
Profile Import and Usage Walk-through
This process describes how to import a candidate profile from LinkedIn into the CRM:
- Open Google chrome and open any tab.
- Click on the CRM Hire extension
to activate the extension. Upon activation, a panel opens up. - Click on the 'upload resume' button. A pop-up will appear. Upload the resumes. You can upload multiple resumes at once.
- You have two options for processing the candidate profile:
- Refer to a job: This option provides a drop down with a list of jobs that are assigned to you.
- Add them to CRM as a candidate.
6. Click on the 'add candidate' button. The candidates will be added based upon your selection. If you have added to Job - candidate appears under that particular job section, if you have have selected Add to CRM, the candidate appears in the candidate list.
CRM Login Requirement
Before attempting to import any profiles into the CRM, you must make sure they are logged in to the CRM.
Verification of Import
- After clicking 'add candidate,' a success message also shows up.
- If you click the View Profile button, you will be redirected to the candidate page in CRM.
- On the candidate page, you can see that the details have all been imported from their resume.
