When a candidate is added to the blacklist in Sense CRM, a "Blacklisted" tag appears in the candidate card view. This helps recruiters quickly identify blacklisted candidates and take any necessary manual actions.
How to Blacklist Candidates
To blacklist candidates, follow these steps:

Navigate to CRM Settings > Settings > General Configuration > Blacklist.

Click Add.

In the pop-up window, manually enter the email address and phone number of the candidate you wish to blacklist.

You may also add comments for future reference.

To add more candidates, click Add a new row and repeat the process.

After entering the candidate details, click Add Candidates to complete the action.
All blacklisted candidates will appear under CRM Settings > Settings > General Configuration > Blacklist.
How to Edit or Delete Blacklisted Candidates
To manage the blacklist:

To edit a candidate’s details, click the edit option next to the respective entry.

To delete a candidate from the list, click the delete option.
