Chatbot Font and Message Bubble Color
Several Chatbot settings are accessed via Configuration > Branding > Chatbot Settings page.
These are unique to each brand and must be configured individually if you have multiple brands.
Display Name
This will be shown as the window title on surveys and bots. This feature is only included for customers with premium branding and will incur an additional cost for non-enterprise customers.
Tagline
This will configure the Chatbot’s tagline.
The display name will appear as shown below:
Initial Greeting Message
This is the message that pops up to greet users. Maximum of 80 characters.
Chatbot Banner
This is a privacy banner that customers can use to showcase their privacy policy. This banner will appear near the bottom of the Chatbot and has a maximum of 80 characters. If left blank, the banner will not display inside the chatbot. This will auto-hide after the candidate provides the first response to the chatbot.
Enable Audio Cues
Whenever there is a new message from the chatbot, play a notification chime to alert users of a new message.
Chatbot Avatar
This is the avatar that will be displayed for the Chatbot. This is also used as the chatbot avatar in chat and the recommended size is 50 x 50px.
To create the avatar, you must upload a new image.
