Sense AI Chatbots can be included in Engage touchpoints to automate the outbound sending of the Chatbot, acting as a conversational assistant.
To integrate an AI Chatbot into a journey:
- Create a Journey and add a touchpoint that includes the option for a conversational assistant.
- Navigate to the Chatbot tab within this touchpoint.
- Search for an existing Chatbot workflow and select the desired Chatbot.
- A preview of the chatbot will appear.
- Once confirmed as the correct Chatbot, select Attach to Touchpoint.
- The remaining touchpoints are configured in the same manner as the other touchpoints.
