Sense TRM allows users to create custom fields from the settings. These custom fields are categorized further into Job Fields, Application Fields, and User Fields.
You must define each category from the settings, and a placeholder will be generated automatically. These are further used in various places to gather information.
Scenario: Your organization wants to capture candidate data such as payslips, relieving letters, spoken languages, etc.
These data can be fetched via various forms on the careers page, referral page, chatbot screening, etc. While using Sense TRM, the kind and type of information captured from different sources should be defined by the organizational recruiter.
