The SMS Chatbot activity tab provides insights into the performance of the first SMS in each interaction. This initial SMS serves as the starting point or first node of the chatbot flow, with the chatbot's subsequent messages determined by the user's response to it.
In the SMS track sections, each tab—Sent, Delivered, and Scheduled—captures specific details about audience engagement.
The columns displayed here are name, phone number, email address, and the exact time the message was sent will appear.
- The Sent tab shows the total number of SMS sent. The columns displayed are based on the selected entity.
- The Delivered tab displays the number of recipients to whom the SMS was successfully delivered.
- The Scheduled status shows the predicted SMS scheduled.
Metrics available in the Activity Tab include:
- Recipient Name (Sent and Delivered tabs): The name of the recipient by whom the SMS was sent and delivered.
- Recipient Phone (Sent and Delivered tabs): The name of the recipient by whom the SMS was sent and delivered.
- Sent Time/Delivered Time (Sent and Delivered tabs): The time when the SMS was sent/ delivered.
- Scheduled Time (for Scheduled): Displays the SMS scheduled time.
Date Filters
You can filter data using available date options to view workflows within specific timeframes like:
- Yesterday
- Today (default)
- Last 2 days
- Last 7 days
- Next 7 days (if scheduled)
- Next 30 days (if scheduled)
Search Functionality
You can search for records using their names. When you search, the date filter automatically expands to show the maximum range (the last 7 days for past data and the next 30 days for future schedules). If you clear the search, the data refreshes, and the original filters are restored.
Analytics Button
The Analytics button takes you to the Analytics page for the selected node. The main analytics page also focuses on data from the first SMS.
Clicking on this page redirects you to the Engagement Dashboard for the corresponding first SMS node.
Please note that the details will appear in the Analytics tab after some time.
