The Workflows Dashboard is a central interface for managing and organizing various automation workflows. It provides a comprehensive view of all existing workflows, offering functionalities for searching, filtering, sorting, and performing actions on individual or multiple workflows.
Overview
- The dashboard is accessible via the "Workflows" option under the "Automation" section in the left-hand navigation menu. The main screen displays a list of workflows, categorized and sortable, with options to create new workflows and manage existing ones.
Workflow Categories
Workflows are organized into categories displayed on the left side of the main content area.

Default Categories:
- All workflows: Displays the total count of workflows (e.g., 1999).
- Starred: For workflows marked as favorites (e.g., 0).
- Uncategorised: Workflows without a specific category (e.g., 1929).
- Archived: Workflows that have been archived (e.g., 24).
- Other Categories: You can define custom categories to further organize workflows.

Category Sorting: The "Other Categories" section can be sorted by :
- Oldest (default)
- Newest
- A to Z
- Z to A
Note: Default sorting is on Modified date and cannot be changed.
- Creating a New Category: A new category can be created by clicking the + icon next to Other Categories. This action opens a Create Category pop-up, requiring a Category Name (up to 40 characters). Options to Cancel or Save are provided.
Workflow List Interface
The main area of the dashboard displays a list of workflows in a table format.

Search Functionality: A search bar labeled Search any workflow allows you to find specific workflows.

"Create Workflow" Button: A prominent purple button labeled + Create Workflow is available to initiate the creation of a new workflow.

Workflow Table Columns: The table includes the following columns:
- Checkbox (for selecting multiple workflows)
- Star icon (for starring/unstarring workflows)
- Name: The name of the workflow (e.g., "test", "Voice Test").
- Entity: The type of entity the workflow is associated with (e.g., Candidate, Job order, Submittal, Internal employee).
- Created by: The user who created the workflow.
- Modified: The timestamp of the last modification (e.g., 14 minutes ago, 2 days ago). This column is also sortable.

Status: The current status of the workflow (e.g., Inactive, Active).

Three-dots menu (...): Provides additional actions for individual workflows.

Pagination: The workflow list is paginated, showing "Items per page: 1 - 13 of 1999" and navigation buttons for pages (1, 2, 3, 4, 5... 154).
Filtering Options
Two primary filters are available to refine the workflow list:
- Entities Filter: Allows workflows to be filtered based on the associated entity type available for you.

Status Filter: Allows workflows to be filtered by their operational status.
- Inactive
- Active
- Archived
Workflow Actions
You can perform various actions on workflows.

Individual Workflow Actions: Clicking the ellipsis menu (...) next to a workflow reveals the following options :
- Add to category
- Copy Workflow
- Delete

Bulk Actions (Multi-select): When one or more workflows are selected using their respective checkboxes, a banner appears at the bottom with bulk action options :
- Select All: A checkbox to select all workflows currently displayed.
- Move to category
- Archive
- Delete
