This dashboard allows agency admins to view a list of all phone numbers available for your agency, what agents they are assigned to, set up call forwarding for these phone numbers and set friendly names
Friendly Names
A friendly name is the default inbox name for future assignments. If you have recruiters with multiple inboxes, this will be the default name they see. They can adjust the name from their personal settings
Click “Add Friendly Name” or an existing Name to add or adjust the number’s name:
NOTE: The names added here are user specific. The same number can have different names in their user account.
Users
Hover over the icons in the Users column to view the existing list of users assigned to this number
Click on a user’s icon to view the full list and select users to remove
Click the + icon to add this number to another user’s inbox
Call Forwarding
If you are using provisioned/virtual numbers, you can add a call forwarding number so that calls made to your texting-only line are forwarded to a calling line
Call forwarding is controlled on a number-by-number basis. Adjusting the call forwarding number will update the call forwarding number for all users assigned to this number
Note: users can also adjust the forwarding number from their personal settings
