Overview
The Activity tab provides you with the ability to track past data and future schedules in near real-time. This feature will help you understand what events have been scheduled, sent, and possibly delivered and gain trust in the system's functionality.
Activity tab
The Activity tab is available within a Node, next to the Node Details tab on the side panel.
Note:
- When the Workflow is active, but the data is not available, wait for some time (approx 10-15 minutes) to track metrics on nodes.
- Clicking on any candidate name will take you to the People page, from where you can view the recipient information.
Date Filters
You can filter data using available date options to view workflows within specific timeframes like:
- Yesterday
- Today (default)
- Last 7 days
- Next 7 days (if scheduled)
- Next 30 days (if scheduled)
Search Functionality
You can search for records using their names. When you search, the date filter automatically expands to show the maximum range (the last 7 days for past data and the next 30 days for future schedules). If you clear the search, the data refreshes, and the original filters are restored.
Analytics Button
The Analytics button takes you to the Analytics page for the selected node. It takes about 3-4 hours for the details to reflect in the Analytics tab.
Event Tracking Data for Each Node
The Activity tab is available for the following nodes:
-
Trigger: In the Trigger node, the Activity tab shows audience members who qualify for the trigger conditions. The information, such as entity name, entity email ID, and triggered time, is displayed in columns.
When you open an active workflow, it will, by default, take you to the activity tab. Conversely, an inactive workflow will direct you to the Node Details tab upon opening.
-
SMS and Email: In the SMS and Email track sections, each tab—Sent, Delivered, and Scheduled—captures specific details about audience engagement.
The columns displayed here are name, phone number, email address, and the exact time the message was sent will appear.- The Sent tab shows the total number of emails or SMS sent. The columns displayed are based on the selected entity.
For example, if the entity is an Internal employee, columns such as name, phone number, or email address and the exact time the message was sent will appear. - The Delivered tab displays the number of recipients to whom the SMS/ Email was successfully delivered.
- The Scheduled status shows the predicted SMS/email scheduled. For example, if there's an Email Node followed by a Delay Node and then another Email Node, the schedule for the second Email Node can be easily predicted based on the delay duration. However, if a Path or Split Node is placed before the Email Node, it's not possible to predict the schedule because we can't determine in advance if the audience member will qualify to proceed through that specific path.
- The Sent tab shows the total number of emails or SMS sent. The columns displayed are based on the selected entity.

- Paths and Split: In the Paths and Splits tracking, specifically within Path and If/Else branches, the system provides detailed insights into audience qualification at each filter node. The columns displayed are based on the selected entity.
For example, if the entity is an Internal employee, columns such as name and job title will appear. A common column is a Qualified time, which is the exact moment the recipients meet the qualifications(all the members waiting at the path to exit the workflow) for that branch.
- For each Path, it tracks the number of people who qualify at each branch.
- The Yet to Qualify tab lists recipients who are still waiting at the node because they haven't met the qualifications yet. The recipients will appear in this category until they meet the criteria (until the conditions are satisfied) to move forward. This setup helps identify both those who have progressed through the workflow and those who have not moved further.

-
Delay Node: The Delay node tracking provides insight into audience movement by showing data on members who have either exited or are still waiting at that node.
- In the Exited tab, the node displays a list of members who have successfully exited. The Exited Time is when the recipients completed their wait and moved on.
- The Yet to Exit tab, on the other hand, tracks those still waiting on that node and displays the scheduled exit time. This helps you track the workflow status, showing exactly who has progressed and who remains in the node.
-
Update Info: The Update Info node displays the writeback information under three tabs— Success, Failed, or In Progress. By default, the details displayed in the Success and Failed tabs are today's data, but you can choose to view data from up to the past seven days. The date filter is disabled in the In Progress tab.
- The Success tab indicates whether the writeback has been successfully updated to/in the ATS.
- The Failed tab indicates if the writeback failed.
- The In Progress tab shows if the writeback is still in progress.
Export Report
You can download schedules with specified columns. For past data, the scheduled time will be replaced by the sent or delivered time, and descriptions will be omitted.
To export/ download a report, simply click the cloud icon, shown below, to download it. You can refer to this guide for more information.
