IMPORTANT: During implementation, your account may be set to "Test Mode" to prevent errors. As a result, please reach out to support@sensehq.com or your Customer Success Manager when ready to activate.
★ Activating a Journey
NOTE: We recommend that you create and test touchpoints before activation.
➠ To activate a Journey:
- Log in to Sense.
- Navigate to Journeys.
- Go to your desired Journey that you wish to activate.
- Click the Activate slider toggle located on the right side of each journey.
- When prompted, click Yes.
- Once activated, you will see the activate functionality has now changed to deactivate.
➥ NOTE: Activating a journey will schedule its associated events. It is recommended to review the SCHEDULED page post-activation.
★ Deactivating a Journey
➠ To deactivate a journey:
- Log in to Sense.
- Navigate to Journeys.
- Go to your desired Journey that you wish to deactivate.
- Click the Deactivate slider toggle located on the right side of each journey.
- The prompt will open for the confirmation, click 'Yes, deactivate.'
★ Archiving a Journey
Archived Journeys shows the Journeys that you have marked as “Archived”. These Journeys will not be part of User-Created or Default Categories.
➥ Important: Journeys inactive for more than 180 days will be automatically archived by the system. You can always unarchive the journeys by following the steps mentioned below. Additionally, any list associated with the archived journey will be automatically unmapped when the inactive Journey is marked as Archived.
➥ Auto Archive Rules (Preset in the System):
- The Journeys that are INACTIVE, NOT DELETED, or NOT ARCHIVED for more than 180 days will be automatically archived by the system and the associated list will be automatically unmapped.
- The journeys that are updated within the last 30 days will not be considered for the auto-archive process by the system.
➠ To archive a Journey;
- Navigate to the desired Journey that you wish to archive.
- Hover on to the selected Journey and click Archive.

➠ To Un-archive a Journey;
- On the Journey page, navigate to the Archived folder located on the left panel.
- Go to your desired Journey that you wish un-archive.
- Hover on to the selected Journey and click Un-archive.
➥ Note:
- You can use the 'Category Name' in the Archived Journeys to help you find your journeys faster.
- You can not perform the "Bulk Edit" action for these Journeys. Archived Journeys will only have the “Analytics” and “Unarchive” options.
