Sense Audience Builder is updated with new features to help you create your audience faster and easier.
Now, building an audience is easier than ever - by either using existing lists of audiences or building from scratch using the simple rules available.
How to use Audience Builder 2.0
 Click on “Add candidates list(s)” in the Journey to build an audience.
There are two options to Add Candidate List(s), based on your chosen Target audience and Lifecycle stage.
[A] Create a new list and link
 Select the "Create a new list and link" option and click "Next". Fill in the name of the List.
There are two options to create a new list:
 Create new members rules from scratch
 Copy rules from existing lists
 Create new members rules from scratch:
[a] Create a new list by manually adding rules with ‘AND’ logic from the attributes of different entities. Here you can add multiple rules to the same list.
[b] Once the Rule sets are ready, click “Next”. Review the details and click on “Create list and link”.
[c] Once the list is ready, you can view all the members in that list.
 Copy rules from existing lists:
You can copy rules from existing lists. These are the lists you created and published in the “People's Tab” or created in the Other Journeys.
[a] Select the list of your choice from the available list, and click on “Next”. After selecting from the available lists, you can update/edit the list.
[b] Once you complete the Rule set, click on “Create list and link”.
[c] Once the list is ready, you can view the members of the list.
[B] Pick and link the existing list
You can use this option to quickly link any existing list to your journey.
 Select the "Pick and link the existing list" option and click“Next”.
 Click “Add lists to include” and select the list of your choice from the available lists. Click "Add".
NOTE: You can not edit the rules of the selected list.
 Once the list is ready, you can see the available members of the list.
