A new section has been added to your Sense dashboard to help you easily find access recently viewed items! After you view a touchpoint within its Journey or through Analytics, a quick snapshot of what you accessed will appear in your dashboard under “Recently Viewed”
- Quickly view the date, time a touchpoint was last sent, and the number of recipients the touchpoint was sent to
- An email or text message icon denotes the type of touchpoint between email or SMS
- View the date and time of the touchpoint’s next send (if applicable)
- View an overview of the touchpoint’s scheduling criteria
- Click the three dots to access additional options (Analytics, Audience, Parent Journey, or Edit directly)
Using this new section of your dashboard, you can go directly to the Analytics, Audience, Parent Journey, or the Edit page of your most recently viewed touchpoints!
