Publishing a Job on IJP
Internal job postings are relevant after you have created a job on Sense CRM. If a job hasn't been created, you may refer to the help guide.
Upon creating a job, follow these steps to publish it on your IJP:
- Navigate to Source Candidates > Internal Job Posting.
- Before publishing, ensure you set criteria for the job visibility.
- Choose a Grade, Department, and Location from the dropdown menu. Only employees who meet this defined criteria will see the job and be able to apply via IJP.
- Click on Add/Remove Eligibility Criteria. This feature allows you to define the minimum eligibility required to apply for the job.
- If the required eligibility criteria are not found, click + Add New Criteria. Add and click on Save to add the criteria to the specific job opening. Note that you can only add fields that exist in your account's My Profile section.
- Click on Save & Publish to save the visibility criteria and publish the job on IJP.
- In the subsequent pop-up screen, you can set a job expiration date. Once the defined end date is reached, the job will automatically be unpublished from IJP.
Note: A shareable link for the published job on IJP can be fetched after publishing. Click on Copy to copy the link. Clicking the hyperlink to the internal job posting page directs you to the page listing all internal jobs. Clicking the hyperlink to view the internal job policy takes you to the page where your organization's internal hiring policy is uploaded.
