The Drafts tab displays all jobs currently in draft, approval pending, and rejected status. The job card displays the job name, location, number of open positions, when it was created, and who created it.
From this tab, you can search for a job by job name or job ID. Each job card includes a Request Approval button to send an approval request.
The three-dot menu on the job card offers options to:
- Create a duplicate: When you click Create Duplicate, a side panel opens that allows you to configure and create a duplicate job.
- Save as template: Save this job as a template.
- Cancel this job: Permanently remove the job from the hiring workflow.
Job Overview Tab
When you open a job from the Drafts tab, you are taken to the Overview page. This page provides a summary of the job's status and related activities.
The Hiring Summary displays key metrics like the number of hired candidates, rejected candidates, on hold candidates, unique applicants, and past resumes for this job.
The Upcoming Interviews widget shows upcoming interviews for the respective Job (in Job Overview) where the logged-in user is added as an "Interviewer".
The Feedback section displays all pending items that require your attention, including:
- Interview feedback requests
- Applicant review requests
- Survey feedback
To review feedback you've already submitted, go to the Completed tab, which lists all your completed responses across interviews, reviews, and surveys.
The Source Performance graph visualizes the sourcing efficiency across different sourcing channels like Careers Page, Referral, Agency Referral, Job Boards, etc.
On the right side, the All Tasks section lists all tasks related to the job.
The Job Information section shows details like the job creator, department, job status, job posting status, created date, and updated date.
A three-horizontal-dots menu (similar to the job card in the Drafts tab) allows you to:
- Create duplicate: When you click Create Duplicate, a side panel opens that allows you to configure and create a duplicate job.
- Save as template: Save this job as a template.
- Cancel this job: Permanently remove the job from the hiring workflow.

Download candidate feedback: You can download the candidate feedback from here.
The Notes drop-down allows you to:
- View Notes: View any existing notes related to the job.
- Create Note: Create a new note. When creating a note, you select visibility (public or private) from a drop-down and add the note content. You can use the "@" sign to mention someone in the note.
- Download notes.
Details Tab
The Details tab displays comprehensive information about the job.
Job Details: Information sections include Basic Information, Skills, Custom Information, and Additional Information.

Hiring Process: The Hiring Process section displays the milestones and stages of the interview. You can also add, edit, or delete a round. You can configure a round by clicking the Configure button. This opens a side panel with the following tabs:

Job Details Tab: This tab displays the basic job setup, such as basic information, skills, custom info, and additional information.

Scorecard Tab: This setting allows you to control the visibility of the scorecard in the feedback form. You can toggle it on or off depending on whether you want interviewers to see and use the scorecard when providing feedback.
Additionally, you can view the skills associated with the job, organized into three categories:

Job Details Tab: This tab displays the basic job setup, such as basic information, skills, custom info, and additional information.
- Mandatory: Skills that must be assessed.
- Optional: Skills that are nice to have but not required.
- Hidden: Skills that are tracked internally but not shown in the feedback form.
Matches Tab
The Matches tab displays candidates matched to a specific job based on sourcing, filters, and system intelligence. This is where recruiters can review profiles, evaluate suitability, and take follow-up actions.
Job Title
The top-left shows the job title along with the job ID, location, and status (e.g., Draft).

Candidate Cards
Each candidate is shown in a card format with the following details:
Basic Info: Each candidate card shows the candidate's name and ID, location, total experience, current role with tenure, and education background.
Match Score: Shown as a number (e.g., 73) — indicates how well the candidate matches the job.
Linked Jobs: Shows other jobs the candidate is linked to, including:
- Job Title
- Stage (e.g., HM Interview, Screening)
- Status (Active or Inactive)
Sourcing Info: Timestamp and method used to source the candidate (e.g., Direct, Resume Uploaded, Source Trail)
Actions
- Add to Job button: Assign this candidate to another job.
- View Resume button: Opens the resume of the candidate.
Bulk Action: When multiple candidates are selected, the Bulk Actions dropdown enables and you can perform the following actions:
- Send Message: Send quick internal messages to selected candidates for sharing updates or instructions without leaving the platform.
- Send Mail: Select this option to initiate an email to all selected candidates. The email will be sent to the address associated with each candidate's profile.
- Add to Another Job: Assign selected candidates to another job opening if they fit multiple roles or a new vacancy arises..
- Add Tags: Apply specific tags to the selected candidates to aid in categorization and future filtering. Tags can be functional (e.g., “Urgent”) or descriptive (e.g., “MBA”, “Internal Referral”).
- Download Resume as Zip File: Choose this option to download all the resumes of selected candidates as a single zip archive.
- Download Candidate Details in Excel Format: This option exports the candidate information (such as name, location, experience, role, education, and contact details) into an Excel (.xlsx) file. This export is useful for reporting, analysis, or backup purposes.
Sort by Overall Score: This dropdown lets you rank candidates by their relevancy to the job in ascending or descending order. You can toggle Custom Weightage on/off.
Applicants Tab
The Applicants tab lists all candidates who have applied or are associated with this job.
- You can search for an applicant by typing their name, candidate ID, or email in the search box.
- You can filter your search using drop-downs for:
- All Stages (select the stage you want to view).
- All Status (select status like on hold, active, inactive, or rejected).
- All Tasks (select the task you want to view).
- You can sort the list by overall score, experience score, skills score, education score, applied on date, and updated on date.
- You can select ascending or descending order for sorting.
- You can toggle on/off Custom Weightage.
- Use the Filter button to apply more specific filters.
- Click "Add Filter" to add a new filter option or field.
- Click "Save Filter" to save your current filter settings.
- Click "Reset Filter" to clear all filters.
- The table displays columns including the candidate's name, ID, matching score, source, stage, current position, base in stage, and actions.
Settings Tab
The Settings tab is divided into several sections for configuring various aspects of the job.

Scorecard Tab:
- Add Sections: Click Add Section. A pop-up appears where you type the section name. You can also copy from an existing job by typing the job name and selecting sections.

Add Parameters: Click Add Parameter, enter the parameter name, and click the tick mark to save. Click X to cancel.

Import Section Group: Import sections in bulk from a previously created scorecard section group. Type the group name and click import.
- You can edit or delete parameters.

Add Sample Questions: Click the Sample Question button to open a side panel. Write your message, use editing options, add links, and click Save.

Emails Tab: You can enable automated emails—such as notifications to candidates—for this specific job. These emails help streamline communication throughout the hiring process. If you want to adjust the content or timing of these emails, you can go to the Email Automation section in the CRM Settings tab.

Candidate Survey Tab:
- Toggle on/off the button to send a survey to candidates after they are hired or rejected for this job.
- Download a candidate survey report by clicking the "Download candidate survey report" button.
- Choose a stage from the list to define who receives the feedback form after clearing that stage.

Position Mapping:
- Define the number of open positions for the job.
- Assign each open position to a user and set a hiring time deadline.
- Click the edit button to modify an open position. The opening ID is uneditable. You can type and search for the user to map the position to and set hiring start and due dates. Click Update.
- Click the add position button to add a new job position and follow similar steps.
- Candidate Masking: Toggle on/off the button to turn on candidate masking for this job.

Irrelevant Candidates: This section displays all candidates who have been marked as irrelevant.

Internal Job Posting (IGP):
- You can publish this job on your internal job posting page.
- Employees can view the opening by logging into the platform.
- Applications received via IGP will be marked as internal.
- This is configured for internal employees, and only those meeting the defined criteria will be able to view and apply.
- You can select the job location, department, and grade.
- In the next section, you can add eligibility criteria. Click Add or remove eligibility. If no criteria exist, click Add new criteria. Give it a title, select the field to map it to, and click Save.

Careers Page and Referral:
- Toggle on/off to publish this job on your career page.
- Toggle on/off Mark as Important to highlight the job to recruiters.
- Enable the option in the Referrals section to allow employees to refer candidates. If enabled, a sharable link is generated which can be copied and shared as a personal referral link.

Resume Mailbox: Resumes sent to the displayed email ID will be automatically added to this job opening. You can copy this email ID.

Application Questions Tab: This section has tabs for Careers Page, Referral, Agency, and Internal Job posting application questions.
- In the Careers Page tab, you can toggle on/off the button to mandate resume upload.
- If there are no application questions/sections, click Add section. Enter the title in the popup and click Create section.
- You can then add questions within this section.
- You can edit or delete the section and link the add questionnaire link here.
- Sections can also be added in the Referral, Agency, and Internal Jobs tabs within this section.

Chatbot Screening:
- You can configure chatbot flows to screen candidates for this job.
- You can select a pre-existing chatbot.
- In the configuration tab, you can toggle auto screening on/off and restrict reattempt.
- You can send bulk invites for chatbot screening. Click Select an invite. A pop-up appears where you can send bulk invites or select from a drop-down.
- Select the number of top matching candidates from the given options. These candidates will receive the screening chatbot link via email or SMS.
- Click Send invites to send the invites.
- Job Boards: From here, you can enable various integrations such as LinkedIn, Bbean, IM jobs, etc.. To enable an integration, click the "enable integration button". This takes you to the settings page where you click "connect" to start the integration.

Agency Tab:
- Assign an agency by clicking Assign agency, typing and searching for the agency, selecting from the list, and clicking Save.
- You can also add members here.
- From the settings tab within this section, you can limit the number of applications from an agency. Toggle the option on/off. Then, click the edit button, type the number, and click Save.
