Sense CRM offers two powerful options to streamline the candidate screening process:

Auto Screening: Automatically sends chatbot screening invites to candidates as soon as they are added to a job.

Bulk Invite: Allows recruiters to send chatbot screening invites to multiple candidates in one action.
Pre-requisite
Ensure that an active chatbot is configured for the job.
Enable Auto Screening
To enable auto screening:

Navigate to All Jobs > [Job Name] > Settings > Chatbot Screening > Chatbot Screen Configuration.

Toggle Turn On Auto Screening to ON.

From the Approach Candidates on behalf of the field, type and select the candidates.

To restrict re-attempts, enable the Restrict re-attempt option.
Note: You must first enable chatbot screening so the auto-screening option becomes available.
Once enabled, any candidate added to the job will automatically receive a chatbot screening invite.
Send Bulk Chatbot Invites
To send chatbot invites to multiple candidates at once:

Navigate to All Jobs > [Job Name] > Settings > Chatbot Screening > Bulk Invite.

Click Select and Invite.

In the pop-up window, choose the candidate set from the dropdown menu. You can:

Invite candidates who are already in the screening stage of the job.

Invite matching candidates who have not yet been added to the job.

Select the number of matching candidates you wish to invite.

Click Send Invite.
All selected candidates will receive the chatbot screening link via both email and SMS.
