You do not need to download resumes from your mailbox and upload them manually to Sense CRM. You can complete the same task more efficiently by forwarding the resume email to a job-specific or general resume mailbox.
When you forward a resume:

Sense CRM automatically links the resume to the relevant job or the talent pool.

It credits the source as the original sender’s email address.

If the sender's email ID is also a registered user in Sense CRM, the system credits that user as the source of the candidate.
Forward Resumes to a Job-Specific Resume Mailbox
To forward a resume to a specific job opening:

Navigate to All Jobs > [Job Name] > Settings > Career Page and Referral.

Click on Copy next to the job-specific email address.

Forward the resume email to the copied email address.
Sense CRM will automatically associate the resume with the selected job opening.
Forward Resumes to the General Mailbox (Talent Pool)
To forward a resume to the general resume mailbox:

Navigate to the Dashboard page.

Scroll down to the Helpful links section at the bottom right of the page.

Click the email address to copy it.

Forward the resume email to the copied address.
Sense CRM will automatically add the resume to the talent pool.
