Kanban view lets you manage applicants visually by organizing candidates into stage-based columns. Instead of viewing applicants in a table, candidates appear as cards that move across recruitment stages, helping recruiters quickly understand the pipeline and update candidate progress.
Overview
The Applicants page supports two viewing options:
List view – Displays candidates in a table format.
Kanban view – Displays candidates as cards organized by recruitment stage.
Kanban view provides a visual representation of the hiring pipeline, making it easier to track candidate progress and manage stage transitions. This feature now allows for the display of an unlimited number of candidates by enabling continuous scrolling when there are many candidates in each stage.
