Features
Scheduling
Private Meetings
Private Meetings are now supported in 1:1 templates and direct scheduling, giving users more control over calendar visibility and sensitive meetings. Public visibility remains the default unless explicitly changed.
Templates
-
Users can set visibility to Private under the Visibility section while editing a template.
- All events created from a private template are marked private by default.
- Private events appear as "Busy" on calendars to anyone outside the meeting.
- Participants of the meeting can view full meeting details.
-
Templates marked private display a private visibility indicator for easy identification.
Direct Scheduling
- Users can select Private visibility under Interview Info.
- Once selected, the scheduled meeting is marked private.
-
Appears as "Busy" to non-participants, while participants retain full visibility.
Manager's Dashboard
- Private meetings appear as Busy to all viewers.
- Managers cannot reassign, reschedule, or cancel private meetings from the dashboard.
Events Tab
- Private meetings display a private badge to clearly distinguish them from public events.
CRM
Kanban View for Applicants
The Kanban View is now available on the Applicants page, offering a pictorial representation of applicants across stages, making it easier to track progress at a glance and take quick action.
- Clear, visual view of where candidates stand.
- Faster actions with an intuitive drag-and-drop experience to move candidates between stages.
- All capabilities from the List View, plus a more action-oriented layout.
- Infinite scroll within each stage swim-lane, so recruiters handling high-volume candidates can continuously view and action profiles without interruption.

Workflows (J2)
Workflow Templates
Workflow Templates are now available in Sense Workflows (J2), providing users with a ready-made starting point to understand and adopt workflow automation without having to build everything from scratch.
Users can convert a template into an actual workflow in just a few clicks, instead of building the entire workflow from scratch.
A new Templates folder is now available on the left side of the Workflow Dashboard, giving users a clear and discoverable entry point to explore available workflow templates.
The following 5 ready-to-use workflow templates are now available, covering key automation use cases:
- Database Activation
- Redeployment
- Placement
- Business Development – Client Contact
Note: Workflow Templates are currently available only for Staffing Agencies. Corporate customers will be supported soon.

OR IF Blocks for Conditional Automation Paths
Sense Workflows (J2) now supports OR IF Blocks, enabling multiple mutually exclusive conditions within a single filter node. This eliminates the need to duplicate automation nodes across separate paths when handling multiple conditional scenarios.
- Streamlined condition setup — Define all mutually exclusive conditions in one filter node instead of duplicating paths.
- OR IF blocks — Users can now add up to 4 OR IF blocks alongside the default IF block, for a maximum of 5 total condition blocks.
- Visual preview — IF and OR IF block conditions are displayed directly in the canvas node preview for easy reference.
- Scope flexibility — For ABT events, each block can have its own scope configuration. OR IF blocks inherit the IF block's scope by default but can be customized independently.
- Mutually exclusive logic — Conditions across blocks are evaluated as independent alternatives. If any block qualifies, the recipient moves to the next node.

Analytics
External Link Click Analytics Dashboard
A comprehensive Link Click Analytics dashboard is now available in Analytics, providing aggregated reporting at Workflow and Node levels along with a centralized All Links view. This enables deeper visibility into link performance, delivery metrics, engagement trends, and bot click tracking.
Previously, there was no unified aggregation of link performance at Workflow or Node level, limited visibility into engagement metrics in one place, no centralized "All Links" view, no structured export for workflow-level and node-level link performance, and limited drill-down filtering capability across engagement metrics.
The dashboard includes four dedicated tabs: To check this go to Analytics & Data > Workflow > External Link Click Workflow.
- Engagement Tab — Provides a high-level overview of link performance, including Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Unique Clicks, Rates, Bounce, Unsubscribe, Spam, Time to First Click, and Bot Clicks.
- Workflows Tab — Dedicated workflow analytics with All Workflows (workflow-level aggregation) and All Nodes (node-level aggregation). Includes engagement metrics, rates, bot clicks, node type, and drill-down filtering to All Clicks.
- UTM Analysis Tab — Attribution-based reporting by UTM Source, Medium, and Campaign for marketing performance tracking.
- All Clicks Tab — Detailed click-level reporting with timestamp, link status, workflow/node source, and bot click visibility.
Enhancements
Scheduling
Concurrency Limit in Multi-Event Templates
Users can now set a concurrency limit per time slot in Multi-Event Templates, across all types of availability options — fixed day, fixed date, and time blocks.
Previously, a concurrency limit could only be applied to the entire template, which did not allow users to set different concurrency limits for different time slots. With this enhancement, users can now add multiple time slots and define how many concurrent meetings they would like to schedule at each individual time slot, allowing for greater flexibility in setting up availability.
Note: This enhancement is only available on multi-event templates.
Best practice: Ensure the same time slots do not overlap between each other for a more accurate slot configuration. If two identical time slots have been configured with different concurrencies, the one set up first will be taken into consideration.
Messaging
CMD/Ctrl + Enter to Send Message
Recruiters can now choose to not send messages with the Return key. When "Send Messages with Return Key" is toggled off:
- Return creates a new line, enabling multi-line messages.
- Cmd + Enter (Mac) or Ctrl + Enter (Windows) sends the message.
Messaging Setting: Send Messages with Return Key — toggle off to use Cmd/Ctrl + Enter to send.
Referrals
Referral Module — Program Identifier Support & Workflow Integration
Two new enhancements have been introduced to the Referral Module, enabling more personalized and automated referral communications.
Previously:
- Referral programs could not be mapped to ATS attributes such as Department, Location, or similar segmentation fields.
- Workflows did not support embedding referral program links — static or dynamic — within Email or SMS communications.
- Users had no way to automatically share different referral programs based on candidate or employee attributes.
1. Program Identifier Support in Referral Module
Each Referral Program can now be configured with a Program Identifier, which can be mapped to ATS fields such as:
- Department
- Location
- Branch
-
Any supported ATS field
Each referral program is tagged with an identifier value, enabling the system to match recipients to the most relevant referral program based on their ATS data.
2. Referral Module Integration with Workflows & Dynamic Referral Links
The Referral Module is now fully integrated with Workflows, enabling users to add Referral Links directly into automated communications. Users can:
- Add referral links at both Company Level and Owner Level.
-
Insert referral links into Email and SMS nodes via Sense Modules.
- Generate dynamic referral links based on the configured Program Identifier.
If no match is found, the company's default referral program is shared.
Analytics
J2 Canvas Analytics for WhatsApp Nodes
Agencies can now access WhatsApp Node Analytics directly within J2 Canvas. The WhatsApp node now includes an Activity tab, consistent with other nodes, allowing agencies to monitor node-level performance directly from the right-side Activity panel without leaving Canvas.
Path: J2 Canvas → Select WhatsApp Node → Activity Tab
Screening Dashboard — Download CSV
A Download CSV feature has been introduced to the screened candidates dashboard in Voice AI.
-
A Download button is now available directly on the dashboard.
-
Reports are generated asynchronously — no waiting on the page.
- The exported CSV respects your applied filters and selected columns.
-
Generated reports can be accessed later via Configurations → Reports.
Workflows
Calendar-Based Frequency Limits & Recipient Timezone Alignment
Scheduling logic in Sense Workflows (J2) has been enhanced to align frequency limits with calendar-based behavior and to ensure scheduling respects the recipient's timezone.
Previously, frequency limits were calculated using rolling hour-based windows — Daily was 24 hours, Weekly was 168 hours, and Monthly was 720 hours from the last communication. This caused unintended delays and did not align with expected calendar behavior. Blackout windows and recurrence repeat times were also calculated based on the agency timezone rather than the recipient's timezone.
What's new:
- Daily Frequency Limit — Once a communication is sent on a given calendar day, no additional communications will be sent on the same day. The frequency counter resets at midnight (00:00) based on the configured timezone. A new communication can be sent anytime on the next calendar day, regardless of the time the previous one was sent.
- Weekly Frequency Limit — After a communication is sent, no additional communications will be sent for the next 7 calendar days. The recipient becomes eligible again anytime on the 7th calendar day.
- Monthly Frequency Limit — After a communication is sent, no additional communications will be sent for the next 30 calendar days. The recipient becomes eligible again anytime on the 30th calendar day.
- Blackout Window — Blackout window calculations have been updated from agency timezone to recipient timezone. All blackout scheduling now accurately reflects the recipient's local time.
- Recurrence — Recurring communications now evaluate repeat timing based on the recipient's timezone, ensuring accurate and predictable delivery.
Note: Recipient timezone support is based on the agency variable of type timezone only. If no variable is present, the system defaults to the agency timezone.
Graceful Handling of Secondary Module Deletion in Email & SMS Nodes
We've improved how secondary modules — Survey, Chatbot, Job Match, Referral, and Scheduler — are handled when deleted from Email or SMS nodes in Sense Workflows (J2).
Previously, when a secondary module was deleted from the UI, it would still appear in downstream nodes as part of the previous node context and in the Modules Added section of Email/SMS nodes. There was no clear indication to users that the module had been deleted, which created confusion in complex workflows where modules were referenced across multiple nodes.
What's new:
1. Detection of Downstream References If a deleted secondary module is still referenced in downstream nodes, the system will now:
- Clearly highlight in the Modules Added section that the module is being used below.
-
Allow users to navigate into the referenced areas via Hyperfocus mode to review and remove those dependencies before completing deletion.
2. Clean Deletion When No References Exist If the secondary module is not referenced anywhere downstream, the system will now:
- Gracefully remove the module completely.
- Ensure it no longer appears in the previous node context or the Modules Added section.
