Select SMS Survey from the type of touchpoints available. Then click on Save and continue.
Then fill Touchpoint name, sender, recipient, and/or Alert emails.
Click on Save and continue.
Then write the content in the message section. Check this article for best practices of writing text.
Here you can
- Insert the reference survey link to the body of the message by clicking on “Insert survey link”.
- Create a survey by clicking on “+ add survey question”.
- Add a message by clicking on “Add message”.
