The Recruiter Hub Dashboard provides recruiters and managers with visibility into recruiter performance, hiring activity, candidate screening metrics, and job pipeline progress. It serves as a centralized workspace for monitoring recruiting operations powered by Recruiter Hub.

Accessing Recruiter Hub

Navigate to:

Recruiter Hub from the left menu bar

The Recruiter Hub contains three primary tabs:

• Dashboard
• Analytics
• Pipeline

Dashboard Tab

The Dashboard tab provides a high-level overview of recruiter performance, hiring activity, candidate engagement, and recruiting outcomes across the selected entity.

Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard contains:

• Entity Filters
• KPI Summary Cards
• Recruiter Performance Table
• Date Range Filters
• Export Options

All dashboard data updates dynamically based on the filters selected.

KPI Overview Cards

The Overview section displays key recruiter performance indicators for the selected filters and date range.

1. Candidates Screened (YTD)

Displays the total number of candidates screened during the reporting period.

This metric includes candidates evaluated through Recruiter Hub screening workflows.

2. Jobs Worked Upon (YTD)

Displays the total number of jobs that recruiters actively worked on during the selected period.

3. Influenced Placements (YTD)

Displays the number of successful placements influenced by Recruiter Hub activities.

This metric helps measure overall hiring impact.

4. Influenced Submissions (YTD)

Displays the number of candidate submissions generated through Recruiter Hub recruiting activities.

5. Average Time to Screen

Displays the average amount of time required to complete candidate screening activities.

This metric helps teams monitor screening efficiency and recruiter responsiveness.

Recruiter Action Report

The Recruiter Action section provides recruiter-level performance reporting.

This report helps managers compare recruiter productivity and hiring outcomes.

Search Recruiters

Use the search field to locate recruiters by:

• Recruiter Name
• Email Address

Available Metrics

The report includes the following columns:

Sorting Results

Column headers can be used to sort recruiter performance data.

Examples:

• Highest Candidates Screened
• Most Placements Achieved
• Most Jobs Worked Upon

This allows managers to quickly identify top-performing recruiters.

Export Dashboard Data

Use the export icon to download dashboard reporting data for further analysis and sharing.

Table View Options

The grid view control allows users to adjust how recruiter performance data is displayed.

Using Dashboard Filters Effectively

A common workflow is:

1. Select an Entity.
2. Select an Attribute.
3. Choose one or more Values.

4. Select a Date Range.
5. Review KPI metrics.
6. Analyze recruiter performance in the Recruiter Action report.
7. Export results if needed.

This filtering model allows recruiters and managers to quickly analyze performance across different business units, recruiters, locations, job categories, and hiring outcomes.

Analytics Tab

The Analytics tab provides detailed reporting and trend analysis for Recruiter Hub activity.

Entity Selection

The Analytics tab uses the same entity selection panel available on the Dashboard tab.

1. Select an entity.
2. Add attributes
3. Add Values
4. Analytics refresh automatically.
5. You can have multiple entities to drill down the analytics based on the requirements.

Performance View

The Performance tab is selected by default and displays operational performance metrics.

Filters

Sourcing Type Filter

Filter analytics by different available use cases.

Example:

• All Types of Sourcing
• Sourcing via Matching
• Sourcing via Application

Date Range Filter

Use the date selector to analyze data across different reporting periods.

Performance Metrics

The Performance view displays the following metrics:

• Total Candidates Processed - Total candidates evaluated by Recruiter Hub.
• Matches Contacted - Number of matched candidates contacted by recruiters or automation.
• Applicants Contacted - Number of applicants who received outreach.
• Candidates Screened - Total candidates screened during the selected period.
• Average Time to Screen - Average screening duration.
• Average Time to Submit - Average time required to move candidates from screening to submission.

Trend Chart

The Trend section visualizes recruiter activity over time.

Available chart metrics include:

• Candidate Matches
• Candidates Contacted
• Candidates Screened

Chart Controls

Users can customize the chart using:

Chart Type

Select visualization format such as:

• Line Chart
• Bar Chart

X-Axis Configuration

Select how data is grouped:

• Daily
• Weekly

Trend Analysis

The chart helps recruiters identify:

• Screening trends
• Outreach trends
• Candidate processing patterns
• Recruiting activity fluctuations

Download Charts

You can download this charts in multiple formats by clicking on the 3dot menu and choose from available options

• Download as PNG
• Download as  JPEG
• Download as PDF
• Download as SVG

Hiring Table View

The Hiring Table View displays detailed recruiting activity by reporting period along with each stage.

Metrics include:

• Applications Processed
• Calls Completed
• Candidates Contacted
• Candidates Screened
• Submissions
• Placements

Data is grouped by reporting intervals, allowing recruiters to compare performance over time.

Jobs Worked Upon View

Select the Jobs Worked Upon tab to view recruiting activity grouped by jobs instead of hiring metrics.

Export Analytics Data

Export controls are available in the analytics section for downloading reports and sharing recruiting insights. 

Manage and Edit table

You can choose which column and information to be visible or not visible by clicking on the table icon and choose from the options visible. 

Hiring Funnel View

The Hiring Funnel tab provides visibility into candidate progression throughout the recruiting process.

To access:

1. Navigate to the Analytics tab.
2. Click Hiring Funnel.

Funnel Stages

The funnel displays recruiting stages and candidate movement through each stage.

Typical stages include:

Screening

Represents candidates currently undergoing:

• Voice Screening
• Chat Screening

The stage displays:

• Total candidates in screening
• Passed candidates
• Dropped candidates
• Candidates currently processing

Influenced Submissions

Displays candidates who progressed to submission as a result of Recruiter Hub activity.

Influenced Interviews

Displays candidates who advanced to interview stages after recruiter engagement.

Influenced Placements

Displays candidates who were ultimately placed through Recruiter Hub-assisted workflows.

Expand Funnel

Enable the Expand Funnel toggle to view additional stage-level details and expanded funnel information.

Funnel Date Filter

Use the date range selector to adjust the funnel reporting period.

Available options include:

• Last 7 Days
• Last 30 Days
• Last 60 Days
• Last 90 Days
• Previous Year
• Custom Time

Pipeline Tab

The Pipeline tab allows recruiters to view and manage jobs associated with Recruiter Hub activity.

Job Views

Two views are available:

• Active Jobs - Displays all active jobs available to the recruiter.
• My Jobs - Displays only jobs assigned to the logged-in recruiter.

If no jobs are assigned, the page displays a No Jobs Found message.

Search Jobs

Use the Search field to quickly locate jobs by:

• Job Title
• Job Identifier
• Associated keywords

Job Filters

Click the Filter icon next to the search box to refine job results.

Available Filters

Job Location - Filter jobs based on location.

Worksite Options - Filter jobs based on worksite type or work arrangement.

Examples may include:

• Remote
• Hybrid
• Onsite

Applying Filters

1. Select filter criteria.
2. Click Apply.

Reset Filters

Click Reset to clear all applied filters.

Job List

The left panel displays available jobs and related details.

Each job entry may display:

• Job Title
• Job ID
• Job Location

Examples shown include:

• Data Analyst
• Java Developer
• Software Engineer
• Voice AI Developer

Additional jobs can be loaded by selecting View More.

Viewing Job Results

To view pipeline details:

1. Select a job from the left panel.
2. The right panel loads the associated recruiter pipeline information and job-related recruiting activity.

Until a job is selected, the page displays a Select a Job placeholder message.

You can filter the candidates under each stage based on the Match score ranging from 0 to 10.
