Recruiter Hub provides additional candidate insights when recruiters interact with the candidate match score and evaluation indicators displayed on candidate cards.
These insights help recruiters understand why a candidate was identified as a match and how the candidate performed during the evaluation process.
Viewing Match Score Details
Each candidate card displays a match score that represents how closely the candidate aligns with the selected job.
To view additional match information:
- Navigate to the Matches stage.
- Locate a candidate card.
- Hover over the candidate's match score.
A tooltip appears displaying additional context about the score.
Viewing Candidate Match Analysis
Recruiters can review a detailed AI-powered candidate match analysis directly from the candidate card.
To view the analysis:
- Navigate to the Matches stage.
- Locate the candidate card.
- Click the candidate's Match Score.
- The Candidate Match Analysis panel opens and displays detailed information about how the candidate aligns with the selected job.

Profile Summary
The Profile Summary section provides an AI-generated overview of the candidate's suitability for the job.
This section includes:
- Overall fit assessment (for example, Strong Fit)
- Match score
- A summary highlighting the candidate's relevant qualifications, experience, certifications, and skills
- Key factors contributing to the candidate's match with the position
This summary helps recruiters quickly understand why the candidate was identified as a match.
Must-Have Requirements
The Must-Have Requirements section compares the candidate's qualifications against the mandatory requirements for the job.
For each requirement, recruiters can view:
- The requirement name
- Whether the requirement has been met
- Supporting evidence from the candidate profile or resume
- Citation details showing where the information was identified
A completion count is displayed at the top of the section (for example, 4 of 4) to indicate how many required qualifications were matched.
Preferred Skills
The Preferred Skills section evaluates the candidate against the job's preferred qualifications.
This section displays:
- Skills that were successfully matched
- Skills that were not identified on the candidate profile
- Supporting citation details for matched skills
- A summary count of matched preferred skills (for example, 3 of 5)
This allows recruiters to quickly identify strengths and potential gaps relative to the preferred job qualifications.
Key Insights
The Key Insights section provides additional AI-generated observations about the candidate's background and suitability for the role.
These insights help recruiters understand important qualifications, experience highlights, and other factors that may influence hiring decisions.

Viewing Evaluation Details
Candidates that have completed evaluation activities display evaluation-related indicators on their candidate cards.
To review evaluation information:
- Navigate to the Evaluation stage.
- Locate a candidate with completed evaluation results.
- Hover over the evaluation indicator displayed on the candidate card.
A tooltip appears containing additional evaluation details.
Evaluation Summary
The Evaluation Summary tab provides a detailed breakdown of the candidate evaluation conducted for a specific job. This view helps recruiters understand the reasoning behind the candidate's evaluation score and review supporting evidence gathered during the screening process.
To access the Evaluation Summary:
- Open the candidate profile from the Recruiter Hub pipeline.
- Navigate to the Evaluation Summary tab.
The Evaluation Summary page includes the following components:
Job Evaluation Details
At the top of the evaluation, recruiters can view:
- Job title associated with the evaluation
- Job ID
- Screening date and time
- Overall evaluation score
This information identifies the specific evaluation being reviewed and provides context for the assessment.
Evaluation Recording
If a voice screening or interview was completed, the Evaluation Summary includes playback controls that allow recruiters to review the conversation.
Available options include:
- Selecting a screening attempt (example screenshot, Retry 3 (Recent))
- Pause/Playing the screening recording
- Downloading the audio recording
- Accessing additional recording options through the overflow menu

Overall Summary
The Overall Summary section provides an AI-generated summary of the candidate's evaluation results.
The summary may include:

- Potential concerns or hiring considerations
Recruiters can also provide feedback on the generated summary using the thumbs up and thumbs down controls.
Top Strength
The Top Strength section highlights the candidate's strongest qualifications identified during the evaluation process.
For each strength, recruiters can review:
- A description of the strength
- Supporting evidence sources, such as:
- Resume
- HM Interview
These insights help recruiters quickly understand the candidate's strongest selling points.
Experience Gaps
The Experience Gaps section identifies areas where the candidate may not fully meet the job requirements.
Examples may include:
- Missing or limited experience in specific domains
- Knowledge gaps
- Additional training or onboarding requirements
Each identified gap includes supporting evidence references, such as:
- Resume
- HM Interview
This enables recruiters to evaluate potential risks and determine whether the gaps can be addressed during the hiring process.
