Overview
Recruiters spend most of their day inside the ATS — searching for candidates, making calls, and logging outcomes — while AI-driven automation runs invisibly in the background. The result: powerful matching and screening happens on their behalf, but recruiters have no window into it and no way to act on it.
Recruiter Hub closes this gap. It is Sense's AI-powered recruiting workspace that brings intelligent candidate matching, multi-channel outreach (Voice, SMS, Email, and Chatbot), and complete six-stage pipeline visibility — from Matches to Placements — into a single view, delivered as an overlay right on top of your ATS. It operates on a core principle: AI Recruiter proposes and executes, but the recruiter approves and decides.
Why it exists
A traditional ATS is excellent at record-keeping, but it doesn't actively work with your candidates — recruiters still search the database manually, call and message candidates one by one, and log every outcome by hand. Where Sense automation helped, it ran as a black box: matches were generated and candidates were screened in the background, with no place for recruiters to review AI matches before outreach, no single view of evaluations and call summaries (which stayed buried in email notifications and ATS logs), and any change to automation requiring an operations team to build or modify workflows.
Recruiter Hub was built to close these gaps — and to do it without pulling recruiters out of the ATS where they already work. Delivered as a Chrome Extension overlay, it sits directly on top of your ATS, auto-detects the job you're viewing, and instantly loads its pipeline. From there, you get full visibility into every candidate across your job pipeline, can review AI-generated matches and evaluations in one place, and take one-click actions to engage candidates via Voice, SMS, Email, or Chatbot — without switching systems or building a workflow.
Who should use it
- Recruiters & Sourcers: To manage their daily job pipelines, review AI matches, read evaluation summaries, and take direct action on candidates.
- Recruiting Managers & TA Leaders: To view team productivity, monitor pipeline velocity, and track the business impact of AI on their hiring goals.
- System Administrators & Recruiting Operations Teams: To assign role-based access and configure global Recruiter Hub settings.
When it should be used
Use Recruiter Hub daily as your primary command center for open jobs. It should be used whenever you need to review a fresh batch of AI-surfaced candidate matches, listen to or read AI screening evaluations, trigger bulk communications to a talent pool, or seamlessly track where candidates currently stand across your hiring stages.
Business value and Benefits
- AI That Acts, Not Just Tracks: Instead of manually running searches and making dozens of calls, the AI proactively surfaces ranked candidate matches, automatically conducts pre-screening voice calls, and delivers actionable summaries to you.
- Recruiter-in-the-Loop Control: You maintain total control over your candidate experience. You can review AI-generated matches and explicitly choose to "Add to Job" before the AI is allowed to initiate outreach.
- End-to-End Pipeline Visibility: Instead of fragmented data, you get a single, job-centric view showing exactly where candidates stand across six clear stages: Matches, Applicants, Screening, Evaluated, Submissions, and Placements.
- Task-Based Guidance: Recruiter Hub replaces overwhelming lists of candidates with an intelligent, prioritized work queue. It tells you exactly what to do next (e.g., "5 new Top Matches found to review" or "3 candidates ready for submission").
- One-Click Micro-Automations: You no longer need to rely on an operations team to build complex workflows. You can easily trigger contextual automations—like sending a chatbot to non-responders or auto-escalating an outreach channel—with a single click.
