The Candidate Profile provides a centralized view of candidate information, AI Recruiter-generated insights, evaluation results, resumes, and activity history. Recruiters can use this view to review candidate qualifications, analyze job fit, access evaluation results, and track interactions without leaving Recruiter Hub.
To open a candidate profile, click on a candidate card from any Recruiter Hub stage.
Candidate Header Information
The top section of the profile displays key candidate details, including:
- Candidate name
- Current job title and employer
- Candidate ID
- Location
- Experience
- Email address
- Phone number
Recruiters can also perform communication actions directly from the profile using:
- Call
- Send Message
- Send Whatsapp
Candidate Profile Navigation
The Candidate Profile contains three primary sections that can be accessed using the navigation icons on the left side of the screen:

Profile Details
The Profile Details section provides a consolidated view of candidate information extracted from their profile and resume.

The information shown is based on the candidate record available in Sense.
Candidate Details
The Candidate Details section may include:
- Full Name
- First Name
- Middle Name
- Last Name
- Gender
- Email ID
- Phone
- Total Experience
Work Experience
The Work Experience section displays the candidate's employment history, including:
- Job Title
- Employer
- Location
- Employment Duration
Education
The Education section displays educational qualifications available on the candidate profile.
Skills
The Skills section displays skills associated with the candidate profile.
System Fields
The System Fields section displays additional system-generated or configured candidate information.
Resume Tab
Select the Resume tab to view the candidate's resume directly within Recruiter Hub.
Available actions include:
- Download the resume
- Copy resume link
- Update resume
- View version history
The resume is displayed within an embedded document viewer for easy review.
Analysis & Evaluation
The Analysis & Evaluation section provides AI-generated insights and evaluation results for the candidate.
This section contains two tabs:
- Profile Analysis
- Evaluation Summary
Profile Analysis
The Profile Analysis tab displays AI-generated analysis of the candidate's fit for a specific job.
The analysis includes:
Analysis Summary
A high-level summary explaining why the candidate is a match for the selected job.
Must-Have Requirements
Displays required job qualifications identified in the candidate profile.
Each requirement includes supporting citations from the candidate's profile or resume.
Preferred Skills
Displays preferred qualifications and skills identified during analysis.
Skills that were matched and skills that were not matched are displayed separately.
View Resume
Click View Resume to open the candidate's resume while reviewing the analysis.
Feedback Options
Recruiters can provide feedback on the analysis using the available thumbs up and thumbs down controls.
Please note: Analysis tab is different when the candidate is in the Matching stage. Check the below example for better understanding.
Evaluation Summary
The Evaluation Summary tab displays screening and evaluation results generated during candidate assessments.
The evaluation view may include:

Audio Recording
If available, recruiters can review the screening recording directly within the profile.
The recording section includes:
- Playback controls
- Recording duration
- Audio access
Top Strength
Displays strengths identified during the evaluation process.
Each strength may include supporting evidence sources such as:
- Resume
- HM Interview
Experience Gaps
Displays potential gaps or concerns identified during evaluation.
Each gap may include supporting evidence sources such as:

- HM Interview
View Transcript
Displays the evaluation conversation transcript between the candidate and the Voice AI assistant.
Screened for Other Jobs
The Screened for Other Jobs section displays additional job evaluations completed by the candidate.
Recruiters can expand individual evaluations to review results for other job openings.
Activity Log
Select the Activity Log icon to review candidate communication and engagement history.
The Activity Log provides a timeline of candidate activities and interactions.
Available capabilities include:
- Viewing communication history
- Searching activities using the Search any communication field
- Filtering activity records using Filter
- Expanding individual activities using View Related
Examples of activities that may appear include:

- Other communication and engagement events associated with the candidate
