★ Job Description Generator
Sense AI allows you to generate a job description for jobs by providing a job title and a brief description (optional) as inputs.
To access this feature,
- Log in to Sense.
- You can find the Sense AI button on the upper-right side of your screen.
- Click on Sense AI.
- On Sense AI, click Job Descriptions.
- On the Job Description Generator, click + Create New to generate a new job description.

Next, enter a Job Title and a Short Summary of the job (optional) for which you wish to generate a job description. You can use the available examples of the short summary to briefly describe your job.
For example;
➥ NOTE: Providing a short summary of the job is not a mandatory step, but adding a short summary as an input is recommended to get more accurate results.
- Once you enter a job title and short summary, click Generate.

Sense will generate a job description based on the provided inputs. Once the job description is generated, you can either edit and customize the job description or use the AI-provided suggestions to enhance your job description.
For example,
- Use the Copy option to copy your generated job description.
- To access your created job descriptions, navigate to the job description dashboard, where you can view all the job descriptions created with their job title, created by, and created date. You can use the Search Box option to search for any specific job descriptions.
