Overview
The Survey Summary is a data analysis assistant that can help you summarise the survey responses in a few lines or works without a lot of data analysis or digging into specific survey responses. You can easily gain insight into the highlights and lowlights. You can also ask any follow-up questions to this assistant.
Accessing Survey Summaries
You can access Survey Summaries directly from the dashboard by clicking the View Summary button. This action will seamlessly navigate you to the Survey Summaries section, where they can explore and analyze survey data efficiently.
Tabs in Survey Summaries
The Survey Summaries panel consists of two tabs- Saved Summaries and Survey Selection.

Recent Responses & Saved— This tab displays a list of all saved summaries for easy reference. You can quickly access previously saved summaries to review insights and trends.

All Survey— In this tab, you can select the specific survey for which you want to generate a summary. You can also choose the desired date range for the summary, allowing you to focus on relevant data.
An alert will notify users if there are no responses or if a summary cannot be generated.
Generating Summaries
You can follow the below steps to generate a summary:
- In the All Survey tab, select the journey from the Select a Journey dropdown. By default, All Journeys option is selected.
Note: You can also choose a journey by clicking the menu button next to the Select a Journey dropdown. This feature allows you to preview and search for journeys before selecting them.
- From the Touchpoint drop-down, select the touchpoint. If you continue with the All Journeys option, the Touchpoint field is greyed out.
- Select the questions from the Questions drop-down. If you continue with the All Journeys option, the Questions field is greyed out.
- In the Select Responses date range section, select the From and To date of the summary responses you wish to generate.
- Then click View Summary. The summary of the survey results will be displayed, including the number of responses, key insights, and suggested follow-up actions.
Follow-up questions
This feature enables you to engage in follow-up interactions with the AI Copilot. In addition to the predefined follow-up questions provided as examples, you can input your own inquiries and seek assistance from the AI for tailored guidance.
Rewrite Summary
If you aren't satisfied with the initial summary, you can request a rewrite from the AI. This feature allows you to receive a different version of the summary that better meets your preferences or requirements.
Save Summary
You can save the summary by clicking the Save Summary button. All the saved summaries appear in the Recent Responses and Saved tab.
New Summary
After you have generated a summary, you can generate a new summary from the same page by clicking the New Summary button.
FAQs
Is it possible to include multiple journeys or touchpoints in one summary?
A: Currently, users can select one journey or all journeys for a summary. However, we welcome feedback on the need to include multiple journeys, and enhancements will be considered based on user input.
