★ Job Recommendations for Candidates
Sense AI allows you to display recommended jobs for candidates based on their current profile, enabling you to add candidates to multiple jobs directly from the candidate’s page. This feature helps you discover the right job according to the candidate’s profile, ensuring that you don’t miss out on adding the candidate to the right job at the right time.
The Job Recommendation feature is available on the Candidates and Referrals page within Sense TRM.

▶ To access this feature on the Candidates Page:
- Log in to Sense.
- Navigate to Sense TRM.
- Go to Candidates within the Sense TRM.

Click on any candidate’s profile to open the detailed view.

Next, you can see the Recommended Jobs section on the bottom-right side of the candidate’s profile.

▶ To access this feature on the Referrals Page:
- Log in to Sense.
- Navigate to Sense TRM.

Go to Referrals within the Sense TRM.

When you add a new referral without attaching a job, Sense AI automatically displays recommended jobs for the referred candidate after the referral submission. As a referrer, you can add these candidates to multiple jobs directly within the Referrals tab.
