★ Content Generator for Sense Engage

Sense AI allows you to generate or rewrite content for your Text / Email campaigns when creating Journeys in Sense Engage. Sense AI helps you save time by providing better AI-generated content in seconds.

Additionally, it gives you the ability to enhance your created content with AI-generated suggestions that allows you to have greater control over the tone and style of the message, ensuring it aligns with your desired communication style.

To access this feature,

1. Log in to Sense.
2. Navigate to Journeys.
3. On the Journeys page, navigate to any SMS/Email touchpoint.
4. Go to the Content section, and click on the Sense AI symbol.
 
5. Next, the system will show you the AI-generated SMS/Email content based on your selected Target Audience and Lifecycle Stage. You can edit/enhance the AI-generated content in two ways;
   
    
   1. First, you can choose to follow the system’s provided suggestions, which include making the content friendlier and longer, formatting it better, adding/removing signing off, or rephrasing it.
   2. Second, you can manually input your own suggestions to enhance the content of your message. For example, you can suggest to make the content more conversational or ask AI to make it sound more polite.

6. Once you generate your content with Sense AI, you can use the Copy button to copy the generated content or click Insert Content button to insert the generated content into your messaging section.
