★ Resume Generator

Sense AI allows you to generate resumes for your candidates using either existing chatbot conversations or Sense AI to generate resume fields.

To access this feature,

1. Log in to Sense.
2. You can find the Sense AI button on the upper-right side of your screen.
3. Click on Sense AI.
 
4. Click Resumes.
 
5. Click + Create New to generate a new resume.
 
6. Next, select an input from which you wish to generate the resume, such as;
   • Create from scratch using Sense AI.
   • Selecting existing chatbot prescreening

▶ Create from scratch using Sense AI:

To generate a resume from scratch using Sense AI,

1. On the resume generator, select Create from scratch using Sense AI option. Choose the desired job title for which you wish to generate the resume. Add the candidate’s name to obtain the basic details for the resume.
 
2. Once you input all the details, click Generate by AI to create resume fields.
 
3. The system will generate the resume fields where you need to fill in the candidate’s professional details, such as Candidate Experience, Certifications, Key Skills, etc. However, the basic details, including Candidate Name, Phone Number, and Email ID, are fetched from your ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and you cannot edit these fields.

   For example;

4. Once you fill in the required fields, click Generate Resume.

5. Next, the system will generate the resume format with the provided information. You can either edit the details to add more information or use the Download option to download the resume.

▶ Use existing chatbot conversations:

To generate a resume using existing chatbot conversations,

1. On the resume generator, select the Use existing chatbot conversations option. Choose the desired conversation flow from which you wish to generate the resume. Add the candidate's name to obtain the basic details for the resume.
   
 
2. Once you input all the details, click Get Conversation to generate the conversation.
 
3. The system will fetch the conversation details, including the pre-screen questions and the answers received from the candidate for each question. Scroll down and click Generate Resume to generate the resume fields.
 
4. Next, the system will generate the resume format with the responses received from candidates to their pre-screening questions. You can either edit the details to add more information or use the Download option to download the resume.
