We made an enhancement in the way transcript files are presented in the Sourcing Chatbot. Previously, when users downloaded transcript files, they contained verbatim responses from candidates. For example, if the chatbot asked, "What is your name?" and the candidate replied, "My name is John Doe," the CSV file displayed this response exactly as given.
With the latest update, the CSV file now captures responses directly from the candidate's utterances, providing a cleaner and more user-friendly experience.
This enhancement simplifies the extraction and analysis of candidate responses by removing unnecessary introductory text, making it easier for you to work with the data. It streamlines your workflow and ensures a more seamless experience when using Sourcing Chatbot transcripts for your sourcing needs.

We have released a significant enhancement to the Sourcing Web Bots platform, giving you more control over your chatbot's appearance and functionality. Now, you can set different window sizes for your chatbot when accessed via web and mobile devices, providing a tailored experience for your users.
Previously, we offered a single setting for displaying the chatbot, which applied to both web and mobile views. With this enhancement, you now have the ability to configure separate settings for chatbot window sizes on web and mobile platforms.

- We have updated the user interface (UI) of the referral form to provide a better and smoother experience when submitting a referral.
- In the referral form, we have enhanced the functionality of the job selection process from a simple dropdown list to a dedicated page. Now, you can search for specific job options and apply filters to refine the search results when submitting a referral. Additionally, we have incorporated detailed job descriptions for each job on this page.

We have introduced the Manual Opt-Out Feature for Sense Messaging. This feature empowers recruiters with the ability to manually opt out candidates from the messages, enhancing control and customization of your candidate database.
To access this feature;
- Log in to Sense.
- Navigate to Messages.
- Go to the candidate conversation that you wish to opt out.
- Click the three-dots menu icon (⋮) shown on the upper-right corner of the candidate's conversation window.
- Click Opt-out.
- A confirmation prompt will appear. To confirm the opt-out action, simply click 'Opt-out.'

Employee onboarding can be time-consuming and stressful, but it is an essential step for every organization. To reduce this manual hassle, we have released an 'Onboarding Plan' feature that automates the onboarding process by streamlining various recurring and time-consuming tasks automatically.
The Onboarding Plan feature allows you to automate onboarding steps, such as sending candidate forms to collect additional information about candidates, document collection and verification, acceptance of company policies, and E-signing terms of employment. This will enable businesses to drive digital transformation and, at the same time, reduce dependency on recruitment teams, providing them with ample time to focus on other core projects.
