We have released the 'Live List Edit' feature, which allows you to edit the 'Live' lists or the lists that are used in other Journeys.
This feature provides the ability to add/remove or update the existing rules of the lists even if it is in the ‘Live’ status.

[2] Audience Builder 2.0

★ What’s New
As you are aware, in the past, we released Audience Builder 2.0, which provides a new and improved experience for audience building. With Audience Builder 2.0, building an audience for a journey is easier than ever, as you can either select one from existing lists or build lists from scratch using the simple rules available.
We are rolling out this feature in phases, so to unlock it, please get in touch with your Sense Customer Success Manager.

Added below mentioned enhancements to the Sense Referral to improve your overall Sense experience:
[A] Referral Form Update:
- We have updated the user interface (UI) of the referral form to provide a better and smoother experience when submitting a referral.
- In the referral form, we have enhanced the functionality of the job selection process from a simple dropdown list to a dedicated page. Now, you can search for specific job options and apply filters to refine the search results when submitting a referral. Additionally, we have incorporated detailed job descriptions for each job on this page.

We have enhanced the ‘Notification Access’ section under the Referral Program > User Access tab. This enhancement allows you to add new users or entire email groups to receive notifications. Additionally, it empowers you to target different email recipients for various notification categories, such as statuses like Referral Submitted, Referral Status change, Referral Withdrawal, and Referral Payments.

We have added an enhancement to the Sourcing Chatbot flows to help you identify duplicate sourcing flow URLs.
For example, if a sourcing flow URL is being used in another flow, the system will show you an error with the link to that respective conversation flow in which it is being used.
You can click View Flow to see the respective conversation flow in which the current sourcing flow URL is being used.

[2] Emoji Support in Chatbot 2.0

★ What’s New
We have added emoji support for 👍 (Thumbs-Up) and 👎 (Thumbs-Down) emojis as a possibility to affirm or deny an intent/message. This enhancement will likely improve your user engagement and make interactions with the Sourcing Chatbot more enjoyable.
➥ Example: If you ask the candidate, 'Are you looking for a new job?' with the provided options as YES & NO, and the candidate responds with 👍 (Thumbs-Up), the system will treat the 👍 (Thumbs-Up) response as affirmative and move to the YES node message. Similarly, if the candidate responds with 👎 (Thumbs-Down), the system will treat the 👎 (Thumbs-Down) response as denial and move to the NO node message.

► Important Points:
- As of now, only 👍 (Thumbs-Up) and 👎 (Thumbs-Down) emojis are recognized in Chatbot 2.0.
- Any other emoji is not recognized, and the behavior is unpredictable.
- Using a mix of different emojis is not allowed, and the behaviour is unpredictable.
- This feature is only available for Chatbot 2.0 users

★ What’s New
We have added a ‘Google Meet integration’ to Sense Scheduling to enhance the hosting and attendee experience. The integration allows you to provide Google Meet links to your attendees for their events.
This feature allows meeting hosts to effortlessly add Google Meet links to the meeting invites, so your attendees can then join the calls quickly and easily by simply clicking on the Google Meet links provided in the invite. Additionally, this feature generates a unique meeting link for every meeting to ensure that attendees only access the specific meeting they are scheduled to attend.

[2] SMS Confirmation for Booked & Rescheduled Meetings

★ What’s New
We have released an ‘SMS Confirmation’ feature that allows you to send SMS confirmations to attendees when they schedule or reschedule the meeting/event.
➥ Important: The SMS Confirmation feature will be in the disabled condition by default. To start sending SMS confirmations, you can enable it from the 'Other Options' tab at the template level.

► Enablement
To enable the SMS Confirmation feature:
- Log in to Sense and navigate to Sense Meetings (Scheduling).
- Select the desired template (Individual/Team Template) for which you wish to enable the feature.
- On your template, navigate to Other Options.
- Locate the ‘SMS Confirmation’ section and switch the toggle ON.
- Click Save and Finish.

➥ NOTE: Once you turn ON the SMS confirmations for an existing template, the system will begin sending the messages for interviews booked from that point onwards.
