Added below mentioned enhancements to the Sense Referral to improve your referral experience.
- Added a new Program column to the Referral Tracking and Payout page to allow you to filter referrals based on available programs.
- Filter functionality based on the Program details;
- Filter functionality based on the Program details;
- Added a Search functionality for Job Attributes and attribute values on the Jobs page.

Added a capability to Activate/Deactivate the Referral Program. This feature allows you to activate and deactivate the available referral programs as per your need. You can also filter the available referral programs based on Active/Inactive Programs.

- The Payout report (CSV File) is now updated to include additional information, such as; Referrer’s ATS ID, Program Name, and Placement Start Date.

Added functionality to download all referral program links of all users across all referral programs in a CSV file.

- Added the ability to copy Personal or Agency links from the program card for easier navigation.
- Added functionality to edit the bonus amount on the Payout page.

★ What’s New
Released Chatbot 2.0 with enhanced Artificial Intelligence that understands the candidate’s responses in their natural languages and performs tasks based on the intent detected from the user’s utterances. We’re calling this ‘Chatbot 2.0’ until all users have migrated over to the new experience.
Chatbot 2.0 allows you to create chatbots using preset question libraries that have been trained with recruiting-specific AI data models, to provide a better candidate experience through more fluid conversations. Chatbot 2.0 is applicable to all types of bots, such as; Data Enrichment, Pre-screening, and Sourcing chatbots.

With the recent release of Chatbot 2.0, we have added a functionality to copy your existing Chatbot 1.0 flow to AI-powered Chatbot 2.0 flow.
This feature helps you convert your Chatbot 1.0 questions to AI-powered Preset Questions with just one click.

[1] Background Verification Process in Sense TRM [Checkr & Ongrid Integration]

★ What’s New
Added below mentioned Background Verification vendors to streamline your background verification process in Sense TRM.
Now, you can order background verification checks right within your Sense TRM platform. This step is naturally woven into your hiring plan and is generally placed after the Offer stage. Data collection, verification, and delivery of results are all automated within Sense TRM.
➥ Note: You must enter into direct agreements with these background verification vendors to enable background checks. With some vendors, Sense interacts with the candidate to collect the necessary background check information and pass it to those vendors. With other vendors, Sense leaves it to the vendor to interact with the candidate and conduct the background check. The recruiter experience is seamless and remains the same in both these scenarios.

Added integration of Sense Messaging Chrome Extension to the Sense TRM. This integration allows you to use the Sense Messaging Chrome Extension on the top of the Sense TRM, where you can send direct messages and perform bulk actions to send broadcast messages to different candidates.

[3] Candidate Review / Feedback Flow Enhancements

★ What’s New
Improved the Candidate Review/Feedback flow tab to ensure a smoother and easier experience for hiring managers when reviewing/submitting candidate feedback.
▶ Problem
Previously, hiring managers had to submit interview feedback, review, or survey for one candidate and then go back to the overview tab to submit feedback for the next candidate. This became inconvenient for hiring managers when dealing with a large number of candidates, as it required them to switch back and forth frequently.

▶ What's Fixed
To fix this issue, we have added the ability for hiring managers to view a list of candidates who are pending for interview feedback, review, or survey in the same tab. With this enhancement, hiring managers do not need to switch back and forth for submitting the interview feedback when dealing with a large number of candidates.

Added a new “Referral” tab within Sense TRM for easier navigation. The Referral tab showcases the ‘Jobs that are open for Referral’ and a ‘list of your added Referrals.’
➥ NOTE: The users with Site Admin or Job Admin access will automatically have access to the Referral tab based on existing referral permissions. The users with Employee Role will continue to use Sense Employee Dashboard as usual.

Released Sense Events to help you manage and launch online/offline events to streamline your
recruitment process.
➥ Important: As of now, Sense Events is only available in India. To access Sense Events, you must integrate with both Sense TRM and Sense Pages.

▶ What is Sense Events
Sense Events is a solution for managing and launching online/offline events like, recruitment drives. Sense Events helps you with candidate acquisition, employer branding, and the hiring processes.
➥ For example, let’s assume you are launching a recruitment drive to hire suitable candidates for different roles/positions. Sense Events makes it easy with a few steps, -
- Create a new event for your recruitment drive with an event title, description, and start and end dates.
- Add required Jobs to your events using Sense TRM.
- Link a landing page using Sense Pages.
- Publish your Event and share the links.
- Track the progress of your events and monitor the number of candidates added, interviewed, offered, and hired within Sense Events only.
