The ‘Deliverability’ metrics offer a comprehensive perspective on the performance and effectiveness of your Journey Touchpoints. These metrics include the Touchpoints Sent, Touchpoints Delivered, Delivery Rate, Skipped Rate, Email Bounced Rate, Email Open Rate, and more, providing valuable insights into how your touchpoints resonate with your audience.

[A] Standard Filtering Options
- Use the standard filtering options to sort the deliverability analytics to your specific requirements. You can filter the analytics page by Timeline, Business Goals, Categories, Lifecycle Goals, Journey Status, and Entity Types.
- Date Range: Use this filter to sort the analytics according to your desired timeline. The default date range filter is set to the last seven days.
- Business Goal: Use this filter to sort the data according to your business goals, such as data enrichment, hiring, reactivation, etc.
- Category: Use this filter to sort the analytics based on your Journey categories.
- Lifecycle Goal: Use this filter to sort the analytics based on your desired lifecycle goals, such as passive, looking for work, Interviews, redeployment, etc.
- Journey Status: Use this filter to sort your analytics according to active or inactive statuses.
- Entity Type: Use this filter to sort your data according to different entity types, such as candidate, job, leads, etc.
[B] Aggregated Metrics
This section presents data regarding the overall count of Touchpoints Sent, Delivery Rate, Skipped Rate, Email Bounce Rate, Email Open Rate, and Click Rate. These crucial metrics are displayed as percentages, offering valuable insights into the efficiency and impact of your touchpoints.
- Touchpoints Sent: Shows the total number of touchpoints sent within the selected time frame.
- Delivery Rate: Shows the percentage of delivered touchpoints compared to the total touchpoints sent within the selected time frame.
- Skipped Rate: Shows the percentage of skipped touchpoints compared to the total touchpoints sent within the selected time frame.
- Email Bounce Rate: Shows the percentage of bounced email touchpoints compared to the total touchpoints sent within the selected time frame. This metric is only applicable for the emails and not for the SMS.
- Email Open Rate: Shows the percentage of opened email touchpoints compared to the total touchpoints delivered within the selected time frame. This metric is only applicable to emails and not for the SMS.
- Click Rate: Shows the percentage of clicked touchpoints (at least once) compared to the total touchpoints delivered with links within the selected time frame.
[C] Visualization Metrics / Graphs
This section provides a visual representation of the total number of Touchpoints Sent, Touchpoints Delivered, Touchpoints Clicked, Touchpoints Skipped, and Touchpoints Bounced. These essential metrics are presented through various graphs, charts, and bar formats, enabling you to conduct meaningful monthly, weekly, or even daily comparisons.
- Touchpoints Sent: Shows the total number of touchpoints sent within the selected time frame.
- Touchpoints Delivered: Shows the total number of touchpoints successfully delivered within the selected time frame.
- Touchpoints Opened: Shows the total number of touchpoints that were opened within the selected time frame.
- Touchpoints Clicked: Displays the total number of touchpoints clicked by the user within the selected time frame.
- Touchpoints Skipped: Displays the total number of touchpoints skipped by the user within the selected time frame.
- Touchpoints Bounced: Displays the total number of touchpoints that bounced within the selected time frame.
[D] Data Table
The data table presents detailed metrics for your touchpoints, organized by their respective Journey and Touchpoint Names. It includes information such as Journey and Touchpoint IDs, Names, Touchpoint Channels, as well as data on Touchpoints Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Skipped, and Bounced.
- Journey ID: Shows the Journey ID through which the touchpoint was sent.
- Journey Name: Shows the name of the journey through which the touchpoint was sent.
- Touchpoint ID: Shows the touchpoint ID.
- Touchpoint Name: Shows the name of the touchpoint.
- Touchpoint Channel: Shows the channel or medium of the touchpoint, such as SMS or Email.
- Touchpoint Sent: Shows the total number of touchpoints sent for the respective Journey.
- Touchpoint Delivered: Shows the total number of touchpoints successfully delivered for the respective Journey.
- Touchpoint Opened: Shows the total number of touchpoints that were opened for the respective Journey.
- Touchpoint Clicked: Shows the total number of touchpoints clicked by the user for the respective Journey.
- Touchpoint Skipped: Shows the total number of touchpoints skipped by the user for the respective Journey.
- Touchpoint Bounced: Shows the total number of touchpoints that bounced for the respective Journey.
