The ‘People Engagement’ metric showcases the effectiveness of all your Journey campaigns. It helps you understand metrics such as the total number of active Journeys, how many people were reached and engaged, as well as the unsubscribe rate and spam rate, among others. These metrics provide insights into your overall Sense Journey's usage and performance.

[A] Standard Filtering Options
- Use the standard filtering options to sort the people engagement analytics to your specific requirements. You can filter the analytics page by Timeline, Business Goals, Categories, Lifecycle Goals, Journey Status, and Entity Types.
- Date Range: Use this filter to sort the analytics according to your desired timeline. The default date range filter is set to the last 90 days.
- Business Goal: Use this filter to sort the data according to your business goals, such as data enrichment, hiring, reactivation, etc.
- Category: Use this filter to sort the analytics based on your Journey categories.
- Lifecycle Goal: Use this filter to sort the analytics based on your desired lifecycle goals, such as passive, looking for work, Interviews, redeployment, etc.
- Journey Status: Use this filter to sort your analytics according to active or inactive statuses.
- Entity Type: Use this filter to sort your data according to different entity types, such as candidate, job, leads, etc.
[B] Aggregated Metrics
This section showcases essential data on the total number of active Journeys, People Reached, People Engagement Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, and Spam Rate. These key metrics are presented in percentage formats, providing valuable insights into the effectiveness and impact of your Journeys.
- Journeys: Shows the total number of active Journeys within the selected time frame.
- People Reached: Shows the total number of unique individuals reached within the selected time frame.
- People Engagement Rate: Shows the percentage of unique people reached who engaged with the content or started the surveys sent to them within the selected time frame.
- Unsubscribe Rate: Shows the percentage of unique people reached who unsubscribed from the content.
- Spam Rate: Shows the percentage of unique people reached who reported the content as spam.
[C] Visualization Metrics / Graphs
This section provides a visual representation of the total number of People Reached, People Engaged, People Unsubscribed, and People Marked as Spam. These key metrics are presented through an array of graphs, charts, and bar formats, empowering you to make informed comparisons on a monthly, weekly, or even day-to-day basis.
- People Reached: Shows the total number of unique individuals reached within the selected time frame.
- People Engaged: Shows the total number of unique people who engaged with the content or started the survey sent to them within the selected time frame.
- People Unsubscribed: Shows the total number of unique people who unsubscribed or opted out from the content.
- People Marked as Spam: Shows the total number of unique people who reported the content as spam.
[D] People Engagement - Data Table
The data table presents comprehensive people engagement metrics, categorized by their corresponding Journey Names. It showcases the Journey Names alongside data on the total number of People Reached, People Engaged, Unsubscribed, Marked as Spam, and the timelines of the Last Touchpoint Sent for each respective Journey. This arrangement facilitates easy comparison of people engagement data across different Journeys.
- Journey Name: Shows the name of the journey through which the touchpoint was sent.
- People Reached: Shows the total number of unique individuals reached for the respective Journey.
- People Engaged: Shows the total number of unique people who engaged with the content sent to them from the respective Journey.
- Unsubscribed: Shows the total number of unique people reached who unsubscribed or opted out from the content for the respective Journey.
- Marked as Spam: Shows the total number of unique people who reported the content as spam for the respective Journey.
- Last Touchpoint Sent: Shows the date and time of the last touchpoint sent from the respective Journey.
