Overview
TRM is now integrated with Sense Scheduler. With this integration, navigating the interview scheduling process becomes more efficient and streamlined. Whether you're a recruiter or a candidate, scheduling interviews within TRM through meetings becomes effortless and efficient.
The chatbot's Instant Flow merges with TRM via the TRM <> Meetings integration, allowing candidates to schedule interviews seamlessly.
The Manual Flow allows scheduling interviews within TRM manually.
Activation Process
- Admin has to activate the Sense Scheduler feature by toggling ON the Enable Sense Scheduler option. You must contact Sense TRM SPOC to enable it for your account.
- Ensure access to the meeting module within TRM for seamless integration.
Instant Flow
The integration seamlessly combines the instant apply flow of our chatbot with TRM through the TRM <> Meetings integration, ensuring a smooth user experience. Within TRM, candidates can now conveniently schedule manual interviews using the chatbot interface provided by Meetings.
Prerequisites
To ensure the platform functions properly, the following features need to be enabled:

Meeting Template Creation
Create templates within meetings to facilitate smooth interactions and interview scheduling processes.
Candidate Interaction Flow
To initiate the process, you'll need to post a job on Pages directly from TRM. When a candidate clicks to apply for a job, our chatbot Reva will engage with them, allowing candidates to ask or answer questions.
The candidate can also upload their resume directly into the platform via chatbot.
This interaction helps create a detailed job profile that smoothly fits into the screening stage of hiring.
Interview Scheduling
Candidates now have the convenience of using a meeting scheduler to set up interviews, making the process simpler and more efficient. After scheduling an interview within TRM, candidates smoothly move to In Progress, marking the beginning of their interview journey.
Manual Flow
You can now schedule manual interviews within TRM using meetings, simplifying processes, and enhancing functionality for our users.
Activation Process
To activate this feature, the Admin has to toggle ON the Enable Sense Scheduler option from the TRM admin page.
Scheduling an Interview
You can schedule an interview in-person or virtually. After you click Schedule Interview, perform the following steps :
- Select the interviewer from the Interviewer drop-down.
- From the Meeting type, select the type of meeting:

- Enter the meeting venue.

- Select the conference link. The calendar displayed will correspond only to the video conferencing platform being used. For instance, in the case of Google Meet, the calendar associated with Google Meet will be shown.

- Select the duration of the interview from the Duration drop-down menu.
Note: Please note that any comments and attachments provided can only be accessed by the interviewer. |
- Click Next.
- Select the Date and Time Slot.
- Click Next. A preview of the email that will be sent to the candidate will appear. You can also add a job description or organisation description by checking the respective check boxes.
- Click Schedule Interview. An email will be sent to the interviewer and the candidate with the details of the interview.
