The Hiring Pipeline & Insights dashboard offers a comprehensive view of the hiring process, tracking applicants from initial application to final hiring. It enables recruiters and hiring managers to optimize hiring strategies by monitoring applicant progression, identifying bottlenecks, and enhancing overall efficiency.
The time filter is based on the agency timezone and plays a key role in sorting and displaying data across different tabs.
This allows you to narrow down your data by selecting a specific time range. You can choose from various preset time frames or use the Custom Time option to select specific dates from the calendar.
The dashboard displays three tabs, which are as follows:
- Pipeline and Velocity
- Job Status & Age
- Interview Schedules & Feedback
Pipeline and Velocity
The Pipeline and Velocity tab presents data according to the agency's timezone. You can also see how well you're converting applicants into hires and use the funnel chart to understand where most candidates are dropping off. It's a quick way to check the health and efficiency of your recruitment process.
For example, if the time range selected is the last 30 days and 10 people applied for a particular job within that timeframe, but only 2 were hired, the data displayed for that job will be 2. This is because the metrics are based on the applied date range.
The metrics below reflect information based on the applicants.
- Applicants: The total count of applicants is in the selected date range.
- Offer Generated: Displays the applicants for whom an offer has been generated out of the applicants.
- Offer Accepted: Count of those who accepted the offer out of the applicants.
- Hired: Number of candidates hired out of the applicants.
- Joined: Candidates who have joined out of the applicants.
- Time to Hire: Average time taken to complete the hiring process (difference between the time the job was approved and when the first candidate was hired for that job).
- Time to Submit: Average time taken by applicants to submit applications (difference between the time the job was approved and when the first candidate submitted).
- Slowest Milestone: Milestone where the applicants spent the highest amount of time in the hiring process.
Note: The Applicant metrics data displayed in the Pipeline and Velocity tab is based on the date range selected in the Time Filter. Only applicants who applied within that time frame will appear under the Applicant metrics, even if they are currently in a different stage outside of the selected timeframe.
For example, you select a date range of March 1st to March 31st in the Time Filter. Only candidates who applied during March will appear in the Applicant metrics.
If a candidate applied on February 25th but is currently in the Interview stage in March, they will not appear in the metrics—because their application date falls outside the selected range.
On the other hand, if someone applied on March 15th and is still in the Screening stage in April, they will appear in the March data—because their application date falls within the selected timeframe.
Funnel View
The Funnel view section visualizes the hiring pipeline, showing the percentage of candidates progressing through each configured milestone. These milestones are dynamic and depend on the agency.
Note: Even if a candidate skips a milestone, they will still be counted in that milestone.
Example: If there are three milestones—Interview, Screening, and Assessment—and a candidate is moved directly from Interview to Assessment, they will still be counted under the Screening milestone.
Below are some milestone examples:
- Applications
- Screening
- Preliminary Details Review
- Assessment
- Interview
- Pre-offer Documentation
- Offer Stage
- Hired
Note: Joined is added at the last and is not a milestone.
The funnel view displays the milestones based on the agency’s timezone.
The funnel narrows as candidates move through the hiring stages, indicating drop-off points.
Job Data Table
Displays a detailed breakdown of job openings and hiring progress. Each row corresponds to a specific job and includes all the milestones.

*Average Time refers to the duration between when an applicant enters a specific stage or milestone.
You can search for specific jobs and sort data by column headers for easy analysis.
Clicking on the Job title will take you to the job details page, where you can see all the candidates who have applied.
The page displays the metrics such as applicants, offer generated, offer accepted, hired, joined, time to hire, time to submit, and slowest milestone, funnel, and candidate data table for that specific job.
Additionally, the funnel view can be filtered using both milestones and stages.
Candidate Data Table
Each milestone appears as a column, displaying the time the candidate entered into that milestone/stage. You can also search for candidates by name from here.
Clicking on the candidate's name will take you to the candidate page, where you can view the details of the candidate, along with the time for each stage and/or milestone, and their job application.
Job Status & Age Dashboard
The Job Status & Age dashboard provides insights into job postings and tracks their status over time, capturing the final state of each job within the selected timeframe window.
Even if a job changes status multiple times (e.g., from Open to On Hold, then back to Open), the dashboard only records the final status within the specified timeframe.
For example, if a job is opened, put on hold, then reopened, and ultimately closed all within the 30-day window, the dashboard will only show it as "Closed."
The dashboard displays the following metrics:
- Jobs Created: Number of new job postings.
- Open Jobs: Active job openings.
- Jobs on Hold: Positions temporarily paused.
- Closed Jobs: Positions that have been filled or closed.
Month-over-Month Trend Graph
This graph visualizes job status changes over time, with different trend lines for:
- Jobs Created: Number of jobs created in the date range.
- Open Jobs: Number of jobs whose latest status is open in the selected date range. If a job underwent multiple status changes, the most recent status within the date range will be displayed.
- Jobs on Hold: Number of jobs whose latest status is hold in the selected date range. If a job underwent multiple status changes, the most recent status within the date range will be displayed.
- Closed Jobs: Number of jobs whose latest status is closed in the selected date range. If a job underwent multiple status changes, the most recent status within the date range will be displayed.
You can switch between weekly and monthly views to analyze hiring trends over different time periods. The chart displays the latest data for each timeframe.
- Reflects job end states within a given time window.
- Emphasis on ensuring users understand that the data reflects final states.
The Job Status & Age dashboard tracks the final status of each job within a specific timeframe.
- It is important to note that only the final status is recorded within the chosen timeframe. Even if a job status changes multiple times, the dashboard will only show the final status.
