The All Responses dashboard serves as a central hub designed for exploring, reviewing, and exporting feedback collected across all workflows, channels, and candidate journeys. This feature provides a detailed, row-by-row view of individual survey submissions, contact information, and the complete response journey.
Data Table
The data table lists every individual survey response, displaying comprehensive details. Each response is presented as a row in the table.
The table view can be enriched and customized by appending any entity attribute fields related to candidates, jobs, or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) entities of the related entities. This flexibility allows users to enrich the exported data with context, such as job role, stage, or recruiter.
You can use the search bar to search for recipients.

- Workflow Category: Filter by the high-level grouping of the workflow.
- Workflow Status: Filter by the current status of the workflow.
Question Type Filters (Hierarchical)
These filters allow users to narrow down results by the format of the question asked. Major question types include:
- NPS
- Rating Scale

Data Export Features
Data exports support multiple formats for offline analysis. If filters are applied to the "All Responses" table view, they will be reflected in the exported reports.
Download/Export Data Table
This option exports the exact set of data the user currently sees.
- It includes all default columns.
- It includes any entity attribute fields added before export.
- Any active filters applied will also be reflected in the exported report.
Download/Export Multiple Choice Question Summary
This is a dedicated export that provides a question-wise summary for specific formats. This feature supports summarized reports for multiple-choice questions (MCQs), rating scale, and NPS.
- Included Formats: Radio Button Group, Checkboxes, Dropdown, Rating Scale, Multiple-Select Dropdown, and NPS.
- Excluded Formats: Responses from date-type questions are excluded.
Summary Metrics
Each question summary includes the following calculated metrics:
- Total Question Responses Received (A): The total number of responses that this specific question has received.
- Total Survey Responses Received (B): The number of times a specific answer option was selected.
- % Responses: Calculated as the ratio of B/A and displayed as a percentage, reflecting the distribution of responses. (For example, if A = 100 total responses to the question and B = 30 responses for the option "Very Satisfied," then the % Responses is 30%).
Additionally, the system supports Survey conversion summaries from the All Surveys table.
