The All Applicants dashboard enables users to review data associated with applicants, including candidate and job information. It is designed to offer detailed visibility into the recruitment pipeline, covering candidate progress, job details, and application milestones.
An applicant is defined as a candidate linked to a job. This view does not display charts or additional widgets—only filters and a comprehensive data table.
Data Table
The table lists key details about each applicant and their associated job. Each row represents one applicant-job pair. The following columns are available:

- Applicant Phone: Contact number of the applicant.
- Applicant Location: Geographic location of the applicant.
- Job ID: Unique job identifier.
- Job Title: Displays the applicant’s job title. It is clickable and redirects to the CRM’s job details page.
- Job Location: Location where the job is based.

- Current Stage: Stage of the applicant in the hiring pipeline.
- Source: Origin of the applicant (e.g., Referral, Agency).

You can customize the data table view to include any relevant ATS field associated with these entities.
Filters
The left panel offers multiple filtering options to help users isolate the most relevant applicant data. The available filters include:
- Job Code or Job Title
- Job Department
- Job Location
- Source & Sub Source
- Milestone
- Job Recruiter
- Entities
These filters support hierarchical logic. For instance, selecting a parent source like “External Agency” automatically includes all associated sub-sources unless a specific sub-source is selected.
Time filter
The time filter allows you to narrow your data by selecting a specific time range.
This shows all the applicants who were hired, applied, etc., at any milestone within that date range.
You can choose from various preset time frames or use the Custom Time option to select specific dates from the calendar.
