This dashboard helps users understand how surveys are performing across workflows, identify engagement trends, compare survey performance over time, and drill down into detailed response data.
Users can use this dashboard to:

Survey Conversion Metrics
The Survey Conversion Metrics section provides high-level operational metrics related to survey delivery and completion.
These metrics help users understand how surveys are progressing through the survey funnel, from survey delivery to survey completion.
The following metrics are available:

Channel Engagement
The Channel Engagement section provides delivery and engagement-related metrics across communication channels.
These metrics help users understand how recipients are interacting with survey communications and identify channel-level performance trends.

These visualizations help users:

The Conversion Metrics graph displays survey conversion activity over time.

Users can modify the reporting interval using the available dropdown options such as Weekly.

Filtering Capabilities
The Filters panel on the left allows users to quickly narrow down survey analytics and reporting data.
Filters help users analyze specific workflows, surveys, channels, recipient groups, and question types without manually reviewing all survey data.

Survey data
The Survey data table provides survey-level reporting and workflow usage details.
This table helps users:
- Compare survey performance
- Identify surveys with low engagement
- Review workflow usage
- Drill down into detailed survey analytics
Users can search for surveys using the Search by Survey Name search bar.

Recipient Reporting Table
The Recipients table displays recipient-level delivery and workflow tracking details.

Questions that do not support graphical insights display the message:
- "Insights are not available for this question type"
All Responses
The All Responses tab displays individual survey responses submitted by recipients.
Each response is displayed separately along with the associated question responses and timestamps.
The response view includes:
- Recipient Name
- Submission Timestamp
- Question Responses
- Question Type Labels
Supported response formats displayed include:
- NPS
- Input - Text
Users can review individual responses directly from the All Responses view. You can also export these by clicking on the cloud icon from the top.
