The Referrals Analytics Dashboard is segmented into Overview, Programs & Jobs, and Payouts tabs to help you analyze referral efficiency, track payouts, monitor hiring trends, and evaluate program performance.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab displays the referral program's performance over time. It includes key metrics such as the number of referrals, conversion rates, and revenue generated, allowing stakeholders to track trends, identify areas for improvement, and measure the program's overall success.
Key Metrics
- Candidate Referred: Total number of referrals made
- Net New Candidate Sourced: Net new sourced candidates via referrals
- Candidates Hired: Number of referred candidates who were hired
- Avg Time to Fill (in days): Average time taken from referral to hiring
- Candidate Referred Without Any Job: Number of referrals not tagged to any job
Filters
You can filter the data based on the following filter options:
- Date Filter: You can filter based on these timelines—current year, last 7 Days, last 30 days, last 60 days, last 90 days, and previous year.
- Job Title: Select the job title for which referrals were made
- Program Name: Categorizes referrals into different program tracks
- Source: Highlights where the referrals originated from
- Team Members: Recruiter associated with the referral link.
These filters remain the same for all the tabs.
Referred vs Hired Chart
The Referred vs Hired line chart visualizes the month-over-month trend of how many candidates were referred versus how many of those referrals eventually got hired. It helps you track the performance and effectiveness of your referral program over time.
A steady or rising hired line compared to referrals shows a healthy conversion rate. If referrals are growing but hires are flat or declining, it may indicate:
- Poor candidate quality
- Issues in the interview process
- Bottlenecks in review stages
You can click on the horizontal three-dot menu to download the chart in JPEG, PNG, or PDF formats.
Conversion Funnel
The Conversion funnel tracks and displays the journey of referred candidates as they move through different hiring stages. It helps you understand how effectively referrals are being utilized in your recruitment process and where potential drop-offs occur.
Referred: Candidates who were referred through the referral form, email invite, employee portal, or any other source integrated with your referral workflow.
Considered: Referred candidates who have been reviewed and moved into the active hiring pipeline—typically by being shortlisted, contacted, or moved to the first interview stage.
Hired: Referred candidates who are successfully offered and accepted a role within the organization.

Time to Hire Metrics
The Time to Hire metrics display the time taken to hire the candidate.
Referrals: Displays the candidates referred by referrals.
Without Referrals: Displays the average time of the candidate without referrals.
Referrals Received from Referrer Date Table
This table gives a person-level breakdown of referral activity within your organization. It highlights individual contributors to the referral program and helps you measure the volume and impact of their referrals.
Each columns display the following information:
- Referrer Name: Full name of the employee or contact who submitted the referral.
- Referrer Email: Email ID associated with the referrer.
- Total Referrals Received: The number of candidate profiles submitted by this referrer, regardless of outcome.
- Total Referrals Hired: The number of referred candidates who were successfully hired.
You can use the Search box to search for specific referrer names.
Customize Columns in Data Table
You can customize the columns displayed in the data table. When you revisit the page, the column selection is saved and persists. These steps remain the same for all the tabs.
Follow these steps to customize your view:
- Click the
icon.
- Select the columns you want or uncheck the columns you don’t want.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Export Report
You can download the data table, including the selected columns, by clicking on the download icon . These steps remain the same for all the tabs.
Program & Jobs Tab
The Program and Jobs tab visualizes the performance of individual referral programs across the organization in a horizontal bar chart. By analyzing both efficiency and effectiveness, you can identify which programs are driving the most value and which may require adjustments or deeper investigation.
You can filter the top and bottom 10 programs using side-by-side comparisons to make performance gaps more apparent.
Conversion Rate (Referred to Hired)
The Conversion Rate (Referred to Hired) bar ranks programs by the percentage of referrals converted into hires. For example, you can quickly identify high-converting vs. low-converting programs.
Time to Fill Bar Chart
The Time to Fill chart displays the average duration to fill a referral through each program. For example, highlight bottlenecks in slower-moving programs.
These visuals are ideal for spotting trends, anomalies, and actionable opportunities at a glance.
Program Overview Data Table
The Program Overview data table offers a detailed view of program-level referral activity and outcomes.
Each column displays the following information:
- Program Name: Name of the referral program (e.g., Engineering Referrals Q1, Campus Drive, External Referrals).
- Program Owner: Individual or team managing the referral program.
- Candidates Referred: Total number of candidates submitted through the program.
- Candidates Hired: Number of those referred who were successfully hired.
- Conversion Rate (%): Percentage of referred candidates who converted into hires.
- Average Time to Fill (days): Average number of days taken to move a referral from submission to hire.
Clicking on the Program name will further take you to the Jobs Overview data table. From here, you can view the following information:
- Avg Time to Fill: The average number of days it takes to hire a candidate from the time they were referred.
- Candidates Hired: Total number of referred candidates who were successfully hired.
- Candidates Referred: The total number of individuals submitted through the referral program, regardless of their final status.
- Conversion Rate: The percentage of referred candidates who were ultimately hired.
- Job Owner: The recruiter or hiring manager responsible for managing the job opening tied to the referral.
- Program Name: The name of the referral program or campaign (e.g., “Engineering Q1 Drive” or “Campus Referrals”).
- Referral Source: The origin of the referral—internal employees, external partners, referral campaigns, or platforms used to collect referrals.
You can also use the search box and time filter to narrow your search.
You can further customize or export the columns/ table according to your preference.
Payout Tab
The Payout tab tracks payout status—including both pending and completed payments—to monitor month-over-month financial activity and trends.
Key Metrics
- Total Payouts: Sum of pending + completed payouts.
- Payouts Completed: Total amount disbursed.
- Payouts Pending: Amount awaiting processing.
Monthly Payouts Chart
This line chart visualizes the payout trends over time—typically on a month-over-month (MoM) basis.
- Fluctuations in payout volume by month
- Correlation with referral hiring cycles (e.g., hiring spikes leading to higher payouts)
- Periods of financial activity, stagnation, or acceleration
Payout Details Data Table
The Payout data table offers visibility into individual referrer performance and earnings. Each columns display the following information:
- Referrer Name: Full name of the person who made the referral (employee, partner, etc.)
- Total Referrals Received: Total number of candidates referred by this individual.
- Total Referrals Hired: Number of referred candidates successfully hired.
- Payout Pending: Amount that is yet to be paid to this referrer (approved but not processed).
- Payout Completed: Total amount already paid to the referrer.
- Total Payout: Combined amount of completed and pending payouts.
