The Recruiter Productivity dashboard allows CRM admin users to track recruiters' performance within their company. This information can be used to identify high-performing team members and those who may require additional support, ultimately optimizing the team's overall productivity and efficiency.
Overview Metrics
At the top of the dashboard, you will see key summary metrics:
- Total Recruiters: Displays the total number of recruiters in the system.
- Unassigned Recruiters: Shows recruiters who are not currently assigned to any jobs.
- Never Logged In: Indicates recruiters who have not logged into the platform.
Additionally:
- A date filter (e.g., Last 30 days) is available on the top right to adjust the reporting period.
Filters
A filter panel is available on the left side of the dashboard:
- Job Status Filter: Allows you to filter recruiter data based on job status.
Recruiter Data Table
The Recruiter data table provides a detailed view of recruiter performance.
Default Columns
- Recruiter Name
- Jobs Assigned
- Total Applicants
- Shortlisted
- Offers Sent
Additional Table Features
- Search Bar:
Use the Search by Name field to quickly find a specific recruiter. - Sorting:
Columns such as Recruiter Name, Jobs Assigned, Total Applicants, Shortlisted, and Offers Sent can be sorted. - Empty State Handling:
If no data matches the selected filters, the table displays a “No result found” message with guidance to adjust filters.
Id there exists a details you can click on the recruiter, a drawer opens on the left with the following details:
Recruiter Details
The Recruiter Details tab displays the Performance Overview, such as, the number of Total Applicants, Positions Applied, Shortlisted Candidates, and Personal Details.
Jobs
The Jobs tab displays all the jobs the recruiter is associated with the jobs. It displays the number of Total Applicants, Shortlisted, Interviews Scheduled, and Offer Sent.
Note: Data older than 24 months will not be available on the UI. You will have to make a custom request by contacting Sense SPOC.
