By syncing notes back to your ATS, note writebacks are helpful to keep track of information exchanged between your team and your talent. The setup for note writebacks is different for each ATS--talk to your CSM if you have any questions about your current setup or how to change any of your agency’s configurations.
Engage Note Writebacks
A note gets written back for each of the following actions in Sense:
- Sense Touchpoint Sent
- Sense Response received
- Survey response
- Response to an SMS message
- Email responses are not included
Messaging Note Writebacks
- Two options:
- Daily Summary: a note gets written back with a summary of the conversations from each agent
- This is helpful when you may want to keep records and associated notes clean and concise
- Inbound/outbound: a note gets written back for each message sent and each message received from a candidate
- This is helpful if it’s important that you get the most recent notes on records
- Daily Summary: a note gets written back with a summary of the conversations from each agent
Record/Entity types
- Candidates if you have an ATS sync with Sense
- Contacts if you’re on Bullhorn, JobDiva, or eRecruit (more agencies coming soon)
