The Jobs section serves as the central hub for viewing and managing all your open and past requisitions within the CRM mobile application. This robust section organizes requisitions into distinct, easily navigable statuses, providing a clear overview of your hiring pipeline and historical data.Accessing the Jobs Section

Requisition Status Categories
Within the Jobs section, requisitions are categorized under four primary statuses to help users quickly filter and manage their workflow:
- Actively Hiring: This status contains all requisitions that are currently open, published, and actively being recruited for. These are the jobs where candidates are being sourced, reviewed, and interviewed. This is typically the default view for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Drafts: This status is designated for requisitions that have been initiated but are not yet finalized or published for sourcing. Requisitions in the Drafts stage are still being written, reviewed internally, or awaiting final approval before moving into the Actively Hiring status.
- Closed: This status holds requisitions that have been filled, canceled, or put on hold permanently. These jobs are no longer open to new applicants, but their records are retained for historical purposes, auditing, and future reference.
- Archived: The Archived status is for older, inactive requisitions that are rarely needed but must be kept on record. Archiving helps declutter the main Closed view while ensuring compliance and data retention requirements are met. Requisitions can typically be moved out of Archived back into Closed or even Drafts if necessary, though they cannot be made Actively Hiring without being re-opened.
